Dr. Brown and his staff have provided outstanding care for me. I was terrified about having a gum graft, and was amazed at how easy they made it, and how available Dr. Brown was following the procedure. Natalia is fantastic. Very patient, kind, caring and skilled. I’m very happy to have found The Perio Group.

I have just returned home with the silkiest feeling teeth thanks to a very gentle but thorough cleaning. The hygienist at Perio, Natalya, is very pleasant and patiently answered my many questions about my home care. I feel much more in charge of my tooth care now and look forward to adapting her recommendations that I believe will preserve my teeth forever.

I was an implant patient and my experience was excellent. I would recommend to anyone needing this type of procedure.

My experience with Dr. Brown was frankly the strangest «professional» experience I have ever had. First of all, I thought it very odd to walk into a professional office with floor to ceiling pictures and every table in every room covered with his family’s photos. I mean this is not his living room and really, do his patients care any more about his family than he would about ours? Not professional, not the place.
But that was the least of my negative experience. Although his staff couldn’t have been nicer and more welcoming, Dr. Brown was on the other end of the spectrum. He walked into the consultation room and the next thing I know, he told me we had «no chemistry» and that the appt was over. Further, since he would not treat me, he asked if I would like a referral? I was gobsmacked, not able to understand what prompted this extreme reaction. I had no attitude, was very calm and nice. This was so out of the blue and surreal. Although I apologized for offending him in any way, telling him he must have misunderstood me, he was resolute in denying me treatment. He eventually told me it was because I was engrossed in a magazine when he walked in and looked up at first and didn’t say hello right away. He assumed therefore that I was not «interested in being there» as if my mommy had to drag me in!
That was not all. I wanted a second opinion about my need for scaling/​condition of my gums. He told me I was in danger of losing several teeth NOW and that I needed much more serious work than scaling. I walked out wondering where the candid camera was and later that week saw the most wonderful dentist around the corner that he recommended. That dentist said he saw nothing wrong and that I didn’t even have to rush to get the scaling done. That was confirmed by TWO other dentists!!!
