Avoid this store. I ordered boot heaters, received only one of pair. They do not respond to phone calls, emails, or chats. When they finally responded they asked me to return item and sent a shipping label that did not cover cost. Doubt I will get replacement or refund. Lesson learned. Read the reviews

If I had seen the reviews here, I would have ordered from a different vendor. But I didn’t see the reviews, and I placed an order. It arrived 3 days later, the exact model and size that I had requested, and in perfect shape. And my order cost about 10% less than than what I had seen on other sites.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. WORSTPOSSIBLECLIENTSERVICE. Literally none. Called on a Friday, stayed on hold for 30 minutes, hung up, emailed them, three days later I get an email. Ordered 4 pairs of Yak Trax Run… received 1YAKTRAX Walk. Yep, that good! :-( AVOIDLIKETHEPLAGUE.

I ordered 3 «cooling hats» from the Warming Store for $ 19.99 Each. The items. The items arrived in a timely manner. I ordered 3 because I was so excited. But were a terrible disappointment. The hat in the picture was very light or white straw. When it arrived it was dark straw. They are cheap $ 1 hats with cheaper 1 cent«patent» pending or something technologically advance bands inside that need to be wet to activate and when you do the cheap straw STINKS to high heaven. As for the one size fits all– they are huge. The Customer Service I have tried calling and chatting but they are always experiencing a «high volume of calls,» with products like the above, no wonder. I have emailed several times and have still not received a reply. The Resolution None thus far. Apparently The Warming Store thinks that if you ignore a customers’ complaints consistently they will give up and go away. Bad, bad way to conduct business.

Did you know that heated clothing exists? I didn’t, but I purchased a heated vest from The Warming Store over the winter and I’m hooked. My first heated clothing item was almost like my first smartphone — I can’t imagine going back to life without it! The guys at The Warming Store were really nice and quite helpful since this was my first purchase for this type of item. Highly recommend.

Thank goodness for The Warming Store!!! I would so not be able to deal with winter this year without my new nice and cozy heated apparel! They are AMAZING! I had a little difficulty placing my order online(my own fault) so when I emailed them I received a quick and helpful response. I also received my order in a timely manner. One thing I really appreciate about The Warming Store is that they are local and they are a small family operated business. I’m all about shopping small and local! I wish I would have known about The Warming Store before December… I know where I’ll be doing most of my Christmas shopping next year!

I don’t know why these guys are in business at all. I called, got the message«ooh, we are soo busy there’s no way we can answer your call, send an email». I did. Quickly received a response, so I was initially impressed. Wanted to place an order, carefully explained I am sending them overseas to a relative who is literally dying, and needs the gloves. You think they’d have a sense of decency to say, wow, let’s call and take the order. Nope. No response to 3 emails begging them for help. I finally get a call about 6 days later where the guy calling acts like it’s normal to call someone back 6 days later! «oh we’re just really busy». NOYOUARENOT. Nobody is that busy. You’re just completely disorganized, untrustworthy and shouldn’t be in business. There’s no way I was going to trust them to actually send the package out and get it to my friend who was flying off to Europe soon. I can’t begin to imagine this is a legitimate business.

ordered an item paid for with PayPal. never got the item. 6 emails and 3 phone calls and no return on any of them. Had to contact PayPal to get my money back. I did receive the refund and made my purchase elsewhere. Poor customer service

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered 3 products, 1 was good and the other two were absolutely TERRIBLE quality. Gloves so cheaply made they literally ripped like paper when I tried them on for the first time(and not because they were too small or anything like that). Called repeatedly and FINALLY got through after at least 5 tries — when I told them of the issue, like a DUMMY I trusted them to send me a higher quality pair of gloves. I needed them fast, so the rep offered me a 10% discount to offset the cost of the express shipping. WELL — they did not show up in time for the trip, I was charged for overnight shipping and they sent 2nd day. To add to the fun, rather than a 10% discount, they gave me 1 cent off. I’m still trying return the garbage they’ve sent me — and all I want is my money back — but I haven’t gotten through for a week. I’ve left countless messages and heard NOTHING back. I paid via PayPal, so I can’t dispute the charges… what a lovely experience. BTW — I’m into them for about $ 600 at this point… SOMAD I CAN’T STANDIT! TERRIBLETERRIBLETERRIBLE customer service. I would NOT trust this company.

I wish i listened to the lady below. But i was very very stupid and did not, so please if you are reading this, DONOTSHOPHERE. I placed my order in mid Nov 2014 and still have not received a shipment notification and it is now DEC1st2014. I live in canada and need my products because of the extreme cold. I’ve been suffering through the last 2 weeks in hopes my product was on its way. when i contacted customer service today, i was informed the products had not been shipped. Find anywhere else to buy your warming gear. It is likely that Amazon or another site will carry the item. I ordered a jacket(listed as in-stock) and paid for UPS2-day shipping. When it still hadn’t arrived for an entire week from the day it was confirmed shipped, I tracked it, only to find out the store had canceled the order after it had already been shipped(meaning it was turned around). I emailed and left them voicemails for more than a week with no response, UPS still insisting the package had been canceled by the sender. I still had not been refunded. After 2 weeks, I had given up hope of getting my order so I ordered elsewhere(where I ultimately found it for a much better price). A full 21 days had passed before it ended up showing up on my doorstep, not by UPS, and after my second order had already arrived. I still had paid for the UPS2-day shipping and was never able to get in contact with anyone from the Warming Store for a refund on it. Again, most of their items can be found elsewhere. Don’t use these guys.
