Title Forward

I had a terrible experience with Title Forward, they claim to be responsive, innovative, customer first, and helpful but in reality they are none of the above. My «closing specialist» was special for sure, but he didn’t help with my closing. Title forward was off on my HUD closing costs by a factor of 100%. I told my «closer» he was incorrect with simple math explanations and he just told me I was incorrect and couldn’t explain how I was wrong and put me on hold to talk to the supervisor, who didn’t call me back for an hour. This game of call and email took all day where I was the medium between the lender and title company because Title Forward would not pick up the phone or answer emails or contact my lender who had the correct numbers. All this took place 24 hrs from closing and I had to wire funds for the house without an even remotely close estimate of what the real closing costs would be. Incompetent… yes. Irresponsible… most definitely. Do not use Title Forward if you are at all a real human being. Find someone else that can do simple math and then work from there. I hope I made my point clear, if not I am happy to talk to anyone on the pains Title Forward made me go through to close on my home.
