I purchased my first Breitling from TNS, along with a diamond bezel for a Rolex Datejust. Truly a phenomenal and friendly shop to deal with. Tony and his employees are highly knowledgable and incredibly friendly.

This is an incomplete review but my initial impressions of this shop were so positive I wanted to share them right away. I went to TNS to have a 1978 Rolex Submariner watch repaired. I love this watch but repairing it is a very, very expensive experience if you go the recommended Rolex factory route. It costs at least $ 750 and can take as long as 8 weeks. You get back a superbly restored watch with a two year guarantee. Since I have had this watch since 1979, it has been serviced three times at the Miami factory service center. I am pretty hard on watches but as you can see with a lot of money and care, they will last a lifetime. So it is two years since my last service and it is running fast, 5 minutes per day! I wanted this fixed but not for $ 750 and 8 weeks. TNS was recommended on Unilocal and they had a Rolex repair ad on the web. I thought this could be sketchy so I went to check it out in person. Tony, the owner, buzzed me into the shop and I sat on a bar stool next to another customer while we waited for him to get off the phone. He whispered to me that he would be right with me. True to form, he was right with me. He asked me what I needed and I showed him the watch. He asked me what the model was, no clue, so he popped off the back knew what to look for and wrote down the model # and serial number. He gave me his card and ticket, said he would call me with an estimate, and then said, «you give up your watch for two weeks and I get it back perfect!» Based on the reviews, I believe him. Supremely nice guy. Seems to know his stuff. I will complete this review when I get my watch back. 12/28, got my watch back within a reasonable amount of time. One year guarantee on the work which was pretty extensive overhaul. Still faster than shipping it off to the Rolex factory and waiting months to get it back. Will see how it works now! Timely work on time great place!

I brought my 41 year old Rolex in to be repaired. I was very anxious about leaving it — it was a special gift from my dad. Tony did an amazing job in fixing the watch. It works great. I also really appreciated how accessible he was. He always answered my phone calls or email right away and was very responsive to any questions. Additionally, when I’ve had the watch fixed before it took months to get it back. Even with the Pope’s visit, it was back within a month. It’s not easy to find craftsmanship like this today. Highly recommended.

I bought a Rolex 116200 from TNS online. The item was exactly as described and the packaging exceeded my expectation. Also, the owner will give you his cell number so you can text him for updates, to which he responds immediately. Thanks Tony!

I took my Swiss Army watch here for a battery replacement. Tony was very pleasant, service was quick, and my watch works like new. He also charged me $ 10 less than what I was quoted at! I will definitely go back to TNS.

Great service, walked in with my Rolex just to make sure it was well-service and kept up to snuff, and within five minutes I was out the door with it looking better than ever and reassured that all was wonderful with it. The prices were very fair for servicing, and the watch maker seemed exceptionally knowledgable about how properly to service a watch. I’ll definitely be taking it back for all of its service from here on out.

Don’t let the name fool you — this shop is all about watches! The first time I walked in — after the requisite security buzz-in — I started drooling over the many Bell&Ross, Rolex, Fortis, Panerai, Azimuth, Ball, etc watches they had on display. Andy is a charm to talk to and clearly loves the watch business and knows his stuff without being pushy or showy. They’ll take time to talk with you even if you are ‘just looking’…if you need an education in diamonds, they’ll sit you down and give you that, too, even though it isn’t their focus. Overall, they offer a killer selection of higher end watches, and while they aren’t the cheapest shop around, they are definitely my go-to for all things watch-related(straps, servicing, authentication, etc).
