We have been sitting outside this business for an hour… It says they close at 12 we got here from a location 6 mins away from where towed so we were at location wayyyyy before closing and was called from a jersey wildwood number saying they were on there way in this sketchy area and noome came… They demanded cash and we walked to the gate and the car isn’t even in the lot… Which means they are driving after hours with the car on a back of truck who does that… Cops called filing a police report

I felt harassed and unsafe. The driver was very rude and overly flirtatious that I felt I may be sexually assaulted. He was also careless with my vehicle. NEVER CALL in an emergency

The lowest thieves.
My wife and I parked in a development visiting friends on Saturday night. Many, many open spots in the pouring rain. Not at a bar, not a crowded area. One tiny sign 200 yards away. Towed away in an open lot in the pouring rain.
When we went to pick up our car… what a surprise; a printed sign that «our credit card machine is broken… cash only.»
It was just an easy opportunity for them to scoop some cash from someone who fell into their trap.

A tow truck was following us getting onto 76 and the person in front of us stopped for a confusing red light – the driver lays on his horn seconds after the car stops. Then of course he rides up our ass. We get in the left lane to pass the car and the tow truck gets behind us and puts his high beams on. As we pass the confused car the tow truck passes us on the right cutting off the car. We flick our high beams and the truck turns on spot lights he has on the back of his truck to hook up cars.
Unsafe and crude without even an interaction or conversation!

Called Todd’s Towing at 8:30pm on a Sunday, after trying a few other companies who weren’t able to help me. They came all the way to East Falls in under 10 minutes to come take care of my car. I have used many tow companies in the past, including AAA, and none have been as fast, friendly, or easy to work with as Todd’s.

Todd’s is local and has been around for a long time. Throughout that time, they’ve consistently provided fast, affordable towing services. For example, they recently towed my car from East Falls to my very tight driveway on a windy, supersteep hill in Roxborough for only $ 50. They got my call at 10:00 in the morning, came by to get my keys by 10:45 and had the car in my driveway within the hour for me to fix the next day!
I don’t know about you, but when you need a tow truck, you’re already pissed off about why you need one in the first place, and you’re already counting zeroes as you imagine what’s wrong with your car and how much it’s going to cost to fix it. You don’t need to worry about getting gouged by the tow truck driver after waiting hours for him to arrive. Todd’s makes an agonizing process easy and a lot less painful.
