Toys R Us

I was in this morning around 9am to pick up my layaway and buy my kids more toys at which one of the toys I bought was not the price I found it as in the aisle so the cashier go to the customer service. I went there and an older lady with glasses and blonde hair helped me. She walked me to the aisle to where the toys was at and showed me that the doll was at $ 29.99 but I told her it was marked at $ 10.99 and the name of it matched so right away she screamed at me and almost cursed me out in front of a lot of customers. I was very taken by her behavior at which it was on called for. All I wanted was a doll that was on promo for $ 10.99. That was it. I will never come to this place again! I’m giving one star for the store manager for helping me out.

Kids love this place !!! Workers are actually nice and helpful !!! Not far from house I have two kids and we drive by it everyday !!! they think every days birthday or Christmas !! I can’t win !!! So I have to settle for a toy once every other week !!!

This particular store has undergone renovations recently. The board games have been moved over to the right instead of the left as you enter. It appears smaller than before. The Lego section appears to have expanded. The entry is now a little more mazelike with its left, then right turn. Thankfully, once you get past this stupid mini-​maze you can make a beeline to the electronics section where you can shop for videogames. Ah, these guys have the new Pokemon 3DS XL! Kudos to them because Best Buy was sold out. I find myself going to this store again and again because, although the inventory appears smaller than other Toys R Us’s in the area, it always has what I want. I was happy to find a Twister board recently, which a nearby Target store didn’t have in stock even though their web site said otherwise. This Toys R Us appears to be shortstaffed. I found myself waiting in line for much too long in the electronics section and it seems to be a free-​for-​all as people had cut the line in front of me. If they ever get the line control problem resolved and do away with the stupid entry maze, I’ll give it another star.

I am usually not in the target market of toy shoppers, but when i went to Toys R Us i usually just walk around and check things out.
The prices of toys and board games in Toys R Us are ridiculously high. For example, a deck of monopoly deal cards are sold here for $ 6.99 while it is only $ 5.00 in Walmart.
I would not buy toys here unless they only have it here.

Wow this used to be my favorite Toy R us. maybe because I lived in South Phila I dont know. However I went there recently and can you stay DOWN HILL…
They had no stock available. The staff was rude. The one employee didn’t even know the store’s return policy. (I swore they train you on that). Lucky they were having a awesome sale I got the stuff and ran OUT! … Yes think my once favorite store has been ran down,
