50 wings were 29.99 on the menu but when I arrived I was charged 18.99×2. So I asked the owner who was in the store at the time«was I charged 8.00 to put sauce on my wings?». Which is ridiculous and I’ll probably never go there again. I recommend that you check your receipt when going there. Lastly, has one person at the counter/register and is expecting her to answer the phone, take orders in front of her, and serve people, while treating her like junk. I’m very upset with my overall experience at this place.

Screwed up simple order, employee had bad attitude when I returned the meal. Food was overrated. Had better experiences there, I guess they got lazy.

Don’t waste your money purchasing their salads. $ 13 for a «large» salad. The portion was child size.

Trios was next on my list in search of good pizza in Northern Liberties. One of these stars is for the free parking. When I drove up the building reminded me of an old school Pizza Hut. However that’s were the similarities end. First off when walking into the restaurant I noticed a Fios poster on the door. You can either take out or eat in. However if you eat in and there are other people in the restaurant you will feel like sardines packed in a can. When I walked in there was only 4 people eating but it seemed like the restaurant was full. Anyway, ordered 2 slices to go. One cheese and one of the specialty slice(mushroom, tomatoes, and sausage). The price wasn’t too bad for two slices, better than Rustica(my first stop in the search for great pizza). Another star was given because the two slices came in a box. Its hard selling pizza by the slice, I don’t know how they stay in business giving away a box for 2 slices. The third star is given because the pizza toppings are decent. The problem I have with the pizza is the crust. The crust was thin, not hearty and bland. The search continues… Up next, Spuntino…

Good food, off street parking, clean dining room in a pizzeria. Had gluten free pizza, a salad and an appetizer and two teas and we paid over $ 60!!!(Should have had a waitress for that kind of price!)

I was told Trios had the best thin crust pizza so I went there after a photo shoot. It was about 4:30 p.m. I had not eaten breakfast so I was very hungry and was looking forward to this delicious pizza. When I got home, I found the pizza to be overcooked. It was dry, hard and crispy. I also ordered wings and a Cease salad. The wings were dark in color and dry. They too were overcooked and tasteless. They had the look of being fried in old oil. I turned to the salad and found that to have an odd taste. I have never had a more disappointing meal. I spent forty dollars and had to throw everything away. THEWORSTFOODINTHU S CITY.

New to the neighborhood and been looking for a really good pizza, and I found it here. I saw a picture on Unilocal of the square tomato pie, it was an instant attraction! So I ordered a small one it was love at first bite! Thin crust the way I like it, great texture and very delicious. Last week we ordered a couple small round cheese pies for my son and his buddies, and it was rave reviews all around. But I’d suggest ordering it well done.

Well it didn’t take long for Trios to join the ranks of successful business owners getting money hungry and loosing their incentive to provide quality food/service…especially given their prices are far from inexpensive. After ordering and being more then disappointed I called to let them know I wasn’t happy. I have ordered from them on a number of occasions and felt they’d be receptive. Sadly rather then remembering the carnal rule of the«customer always being right», they deflected ownership for what might have been an off night… the chicken cheesesteak was more like a bread sandwich! So in other words we don’t value your opinion or want to make this right but would rather loose a customer and gain a disgruntled neighbor. Hence my decision to go public. Although Trios is just down the street from me and much more convenient; I’m going back to my old faithful Rustica from now on, should never have left, their food is better!

Best pizza in the area… fresh and full of flavor! Also tried the strawberry salad; it was delicious and the strawberries were very fresh. Service was also quick and efficient.

Was craving a cannoli and found this place on Unilocal and was super happy that they were made fresh and only had to wait 5 – 10 minutes so great!!!

Excellent pizza. I don’t really like eating there. Just ok. But, I frequently order pizza. I found it by accident and fell in love with their primavera. It is a MASTERPIECE. Even thought of this veggie pizza makes me happy:)

Second time at Trios. First time we ordered the Mediterranean salad which was absolutely amazing. Second time we ordered a pie of pizza. They made a minor mistake on the order(asked for no blue cheese but had blue cheese) and they made us a whole new pie, gave us the other one ANDDD gave us two free cookies! Amazing service, friendly staff, super clean and organized environment and not to mention the pizza was awesome!

Great food. Best salads in the city. Fresh and reasonably priced. Pizza is delicious(rustica is my personal fav). Delicious!!! Pizza, salad, and pasta are all really great and affordable. Will definitely be back! Small size apple salad was $ 5 which was actually a huge portion and could have been my meal. Rustica slice $ 3

Addictive thin crust square pizzas with fresh ingredients. So far I’ve had the Rustica and the Invernale. The Rustica is my favorite and is topped with sausage, mushroom, garlic, and extra virgin olive oil. The Invernale is a white pizza w/arugula, prosciutto, shaved parmesan, diced tomato, garlic, extra virgin olive oil — and is a bit like bruschetta. It’s a bit pricey when you get it delivered. They charge a delivery fee AND a grubhub fee, even when calling in to place the order. Ends up turning into about $ 30 for a pizza including tip. You can save $ 10 by picking it up.

After several encounters with their great pizzas, we finally decided to try something else from the menu. My wife had the Spaghetti and Meatball and I opted for a very Italian Penne alla Vodka. Where to start? I guess from the home made sauces, delicious and not overpowering. Going to the pasta which is perfectly cooked«al dente», the way it is supposed to be, not that imitation spaghetti-o’s that a lot of places try to stick you with. The meatballs are great, fresh and very flavorful. The Penne alla Vodka actually uses real prosciutto, that is lightly cooked and not burned into a crisp. Overall a wonderful experience. Oh and one nigh we took the Spaghetti and Meatball all the way home from Philly and they still tasted wonderful after a 40 minutes commute. This place is a GEM. Like their other place in Glenside. Haven’t tried the new establishment in Jenkintown yet, but it is on my list. From a «fresh of the boat Italian» this place is the real deal./

Finding good pizza in a new neighborhood is no easy feat. Let’s see how this goes. Ordered: as a Sunday night take out, their large«specialty» square pie, half margarita and half pepperoni and mushroom. Also, for the fiancé last min order of 6 hot buffalo wings. We were given a 20 min wait and the wait was pretty accurate. The flavors are excellent. The crust however left much to be desired, the middle was soggy, maybe it needed to be left in the oven a bit longer. Wings looked off, but tasted good. Service: so… They got our a bit wrong, instead of half margarita, it was made whole and only a bit of pepperoni and mushroom on the other side. The owner compensated us with a free pizza for our next order. Good way to get us back in. Overall: will go again. That’s all folks.

Update: Moved from 1 to 3 stars. Owner called me back due to my phone complaint from last night and offered me a comped meal. Much appreciated! I’ve had Trios for over 4 years while living in No Libs. It’s always been hit or miss with their food in my opinion. If you stick to the basics, it can be pretty good. However, after getting their Chicken Parm pasta entrée for at least the 15th time over the past 4 years, I’m finally fed up with this place and moving on to other cheaper and tastier alternatives. Essentially what I was given was a $ 13 chicken tender parm entrée. It looked like they took 1 chicken tender, cut it in half vertically, pounded it to about .25″ thin, fried the crap out of it and threw it on a bowl of spaghetti. Take a look for yourself, That’s a regular sized fork next to what turned out to be about 5 bites of chicken. See ya Trios, time to move on.
