My laptop crashed last week and VileTech was able to save my files and get me back up and running. They were professional and kept me informed as to my laptops status.
Here’s where they really shined in my opinion: My original hard drive was toast. They could have easily said that my files could not be recovered but they tried several times and managed to save them.
Pricing: Very reasonable. My total came to just over $ 200 ($ 100 for the new hard drive, $ 30 for the rush service, $ 70 for the labor + tax)
I would absolutely recommend this company for your computer needs.

I have been to Vile-​Tech a few times and they never let me down. Once to get my laptop screen replaced and a couple other times for viris removal and clean up. I bring in my laptop, leave it there, & get a phone call back not too long after letting me know what the issue is & how much it will cost to fix. Prices are reasonable and the techs here are very knowledgeable. Compared to other computer shops I have gone too VCS has been the best.
