$ 30 for a shampoo and simple cut??? Smh Sooo inconsistent with their prices. Idk know why I keep coming here. My cousin got charge the same price for her haircut and her hair is only chin length, while my hair is waist length. Need to find a new salon.

I loved one particular nail stylist here for a few years, but it’s not worth dealing with this unprofessional business. Most of the staff have terrible attitudes and nail skills are mediocre. One tech was insulted because I said I didn’t like the color after a few toes! He huffed! I value my own money & business so I found a happier salon and would never go back!!! Lost a regular client in the neighborhood!

The only good thing about this place is the lady that washed my hair. The hair dresser did not dry or brush my hair, he began cutting my hair by yanking and snipping. I left the place so confused!

I can really only speak for the blowouts. I got my hair cut here onece. It’s was ok, but I am very committed to a stylist I have been seeing for over 10 years. But the blowouts… awesome. I have short hair. Places by me started at $ 35, so I figured what the heck, I’ll drive back to my old neighborhood and pay $ 15. The place is Asian owned. They are seriously crazy the way they dry hair. 2 dryers on your head simultaneously, slashing the time it takes to do a blow out. They listen to what you tell them you want and are very meticulous. Usually the shampoo is incredible in and of itself, with an amazing scalp and back massage. This time it was pretty weak, and not nearly as enjoyable. I’ve been coming here to get blow outs for 7 years. Even though I moved 40 min away, I’ll still trek to violet for a perfect blowout at a totally awesome price.

Very unprofessional, rude staffing, and inconsistent pricing pretty much sums up this place. I’ve used to be a regular to see Jason for my hair, but could no longer tolerate him and this whole establishment.

Years ago I went hear for blow outs. After moving back to the area I went again for something new, color touch up. I went on their discounted Tuesday. I used their price list to determine my price and several extra charges were added. several things you usually get with a touch up weren’t included at all, like pulling color through. Instead they tossed the extra color in thrash. I had a hair dresser who let me sit in the shampoo chair while he ate chicken wings in the chair i was being serviced in and I watched. I tried to argue about the price being unfair based on the listed prices and was told I had been there’s years ago I should know better! Another customer even tried to let me know she had something similar happened to her but they had good blow outs so she deals with their rudeness. They still give great blow outs, but so do other places! Skip this one!

I’ve gone a total of 4 times within a year all for hair: Cut, Trim, Trim, All around highlights. After my last cut a week ago, I’ve decided this is my place. I really like this place. These cute older Asian women shampoo and conditioner and always make it so relaxing and thorough and they massage your shoulders right after. The stylist I usually got to is Ben, he’s only available on Tuesdays and he’s funny and talented. I realize most of the hairdressers are male and they’re all welcoming and pleasant. It’s a large salon in that they also have nail and wax services but it is separate in that hair does hair and nail does nail. I don’t like when it’s too cross functional bc you don’t know if you’re getting someone who is usually a nail tech or a hairdresser. Also, since it’s part of a strip mall, parking is not a problem at all.

So I have come here for years for nail service. They go up and down. I think they get too comfortable with you and fall back on giving you their best after a while. You need to go somewhere else and then come back to them. As for hair, I never get it done here. My hair is straight and doesn’t hold well to a curl so every few years I want a perm. Usually It’s no problem. However, this time I was told that they could do it but«it won’t be perfect». I don’t want to pay for something that won’t be perfect. They also couldn’t give me the style I wanted either. I said Okay then a style that will change up my look. They said they would do the perm just not perfect. Long story short, this place could improve on their customer service skills. 16+ years going here, referring them to others and still treated like a stranger does not make a happy customer. For a quick cut they’re okay. Nails Okay. Anything more and extra not so much. You want to leave happy, not disappointed or looking for another place who will actually perform the services.

I love this place! I come every 2 weeks for nails. Evelyn is the best. Nails last so long. Once a month I get a pedicure and the service is great. Best lower leg massage, while in the pedicure chair that already massages and they even use hot stones! I’ve also had my hair highlighted and cut and have always been satisfied. Prices are lower than average. Best part, when they wash your hair they give you a scalp and neck massage!

Exceptional service. They will haggle you to get additional services, but hey, they are trying to make a living. They do a great job waxing. There is a woman there, no idea what her name is(They always wear those stupid masks, you can’t understand them!), very young and sits at the first manicure station. Go to her if you can. Their pedicures are amazing. They sometimes overuse the hot water a bit but just tell them and they will change it. Hair services are good too. They are pricey for sure, but they are definitely good. The hair stylists have NO personality whatsoever but hey, they are pretty good!

All in all, this isn’t a horrible nail salon. The services are average as are the prices, however their customer service is awful. No matter what you are getting done they will try to talk you into additional services. It gets a little old having to repeat yourself over and over saying you only want a manicure(or whatever you want). I go to get a mani or pedi to relax, not to be haggled. I have never really encountered persistence like this at a nail salon.
