I was really happy to find Voree It Solutions. I had a very complicated issue with my computer. I was able to speak and communicate directly with the technicians working on my problem. They did a very good job dealing with my problem. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. I’m happy to know that if I have any problems in the future, there is a dependable organization I can to for help.

I run a managed IT services company located in Chicago and we have a client who occasionally needs on-​site assistance in Philly so that’s how we started working with Voree. Throughout our partnership, Voree has proven to be very customer-​focused while executing their technical tasks with expertise and precision.

Not sure what all the hype is about. I took my computer in after it blue screened. It seemed like it had a virus issue and based on the reviews here I took it to Voree. After their diagnostic, they said they were certain it was not a virus and was most likely a problem with Norton AV. They suggested buying some other AV software, at a hefty premium. I suggested that maybe a reinstall would make sense, given that I’d been using the Norton AV for nearly 2 years. They seemed peeved that I wasn’t taking their request and then really, really, tried to nickel and dime me. Because they said that Norton was the problem, I asked them to disable it to save me the hassle. At that point they suggested that they could do it but it would cost me more. In short, they wanted to charge me 30 bucks just to disable the software. I was already paying the diagnostic fee of 69 dollars, I figured the simple act of disabling the problematic software wouldn’t be a big deal. On their side though, they felt is was worth charging me half of the value of their quote to do the complete repair and removal of the software.
In the end, it just felt like their diagnostic charge of $ 69 was a hook used in hopes of getting much more out of a customer. And, since my system didn’t have big issues, they tried every way they could to increase their billable.
Also didn’t experience the lightning quick turn around. They were just within their quoted 48 hour window, even though I asked to get this as fast as possible. Maybe I just got them at a bad time, because it seems I experienced the exact opposite of every post on here.

Tim was very helpful when I came in with my computer. What I like is that they don’t have an attitude, are very reasonably-​priced, and remain mellow when I get overly anxious about my computer’s problems.

Voree did a great job repairing a laptop for me — fast, reasonable, and effective service. I used them again for two other laptops. Don’t ask me why I keep having trouble with my laptops. On one of them my granddaughter broke the display screen and Voree fixed it quickly.

My computer got a virus Tuesday night. I brought it to Voree first thing in the morning Wednesday and was told that the laptop repair guy would be out of the office for a while, so I would receive a diagnosis on Friday or Monday at the latest. I was annoyed that it would take so long, especially since he was in the office that day, but agreed. Fast-​forward to Monday afternoon, when I call to check in and am told that they «haven’t touched» the computer and would have it diagnosed «probably by Tuesday or Wednesday.»
Waiting four business days for your computer to be fixed is annoying enough, but when you know someone’s going to be out, you should be able to give them an accurate estimate of when the work is going to be done. I didn’t feel like letting my computer collect dust at Voree for another week, so I picked it up and took it somewhere else.
They were pretty apologetic and offered to waive the diagnostic fee next time I came in, but I don’t anticipate coming back here.

I was having a problem with my Dell laptop and took it to these guys after seeing these great reviews on Unilocal.I’m so glad I did because they were very helpful, friendly and no-​nonsense as far as solutions. It was clear that they were concerned about solving my laptop’s problem — even if it meant offering a simple solution that could be resolved quite easily. These guys definitely earned my trust and if I should ever have another problem – I’ll be sure to turn to them!

Wow. I’ve often been rather unimpressed with other computer repair places, but these guys really know their stuff! Even better? They saved my freelancing skin on short notice!
Long story short, one computer of mine was out of service, so I was using a backup. The backup computer then wound up with a fatal OS error, which prompted me to try to fix it as best I could. No dice. Stuck with zero computers and no way to work, my b/​f was kind enough to text me the info. for Voree based on their perfect Unilocal reviews. (I had no easy way to do this myself; my mobile web decided to give me the finger at about the same time.)
Brought my computer in the morning after this fiasco started, and explained the situation. After being forewarned that it may be a bit more complicated than expected, they fixed everything beautifully several hours later, and the computer has been working wonderfully for me as a result!

Excellent, fast, fair laptop repair! Left my LP Thursday, emailed me later that day that it was ready! Nice people who care that they do the job correctly and you are satisfied more then just turn around.

Brought my laptop in to get the screen replaced right before the holidays. They had the items in stock, and were able to take care of it in a matter of hours. They were professional and their prices were reasonable, I would definitely recommend them.

My father runs a computer repair business in Oklahoma, so I never take my computer to anyone else. However, I was in a bind and needed to get a part installed, and due to some bad screws in my computer I needed to have a shop take care of the problem.
Voree did an amazing job. I did not feel ripped off by their service charges (I almost always feel ripped off by computer repair). They did not mess around or try to upsell.
I dropped my part off at noon and I swear by the time I got home the guy had called and said things would be ready in half an hour. They are great and I recommend them for all your computer service needs.

Voree IT Solutions did a wonderful job repairing my computer. They replaced my hard drive in a very short time and kept up communication with me through the whole process. They were polite and professional and if I ever need computer repairs again (though I hope I won’t) I will definitely be using them.

Voree specializes in repairing laptops. and they are fast. I called the original computer doctors for a very bad virus I had contracted and they said their typical time to only diagnose is 3 – 4 business days. I didnt have that kind of time and they charge a $ 50 fee that isnt counted towards the cost of labor or repair to expedite the process, in which case they diadnose in 24 hours. Voree diagnoses in 24 hours, no matter what, for $ 68 which is then applied towards the cost of any repairs. they give you updates through your email and you can track the process of repair online. they diagnose and then call you to tell you what needs to be done and what the cost will be and when you approve, they proceed with the repairs. I took my laptop there monday and got it back tuesday.
this is the third time I have brought my or someone else’s computer there and both times they were quick. the cost is a little much, but i dont think it is out of proportion to other repair shops and it is certainly quicker. and they give you discounts if you are a repeat customer.
they constantly update you of the process and even after you pay, you get an update of what exactly was fixed and the resolution and basically summarize the conversation they have with you on the phone. for customer service and contact, this place cannot be beat.
