My 19 year old HVAC system was dying. My son-​in-​law recommended W.F. Smith since he had recently used them in his business and home. We got Proposals from 3 Companies. W.F. Smith came in several thousand $ lower, their service, installation, and equipment are all outstanding. This is the first time that my single zone system has done a good job cooling the second floor. My wife and I are thrilled. I would highly recommend them.

Ripoff service. Completely unqualified service technician took 2 – 3 times as long as it should have taken for the most basic of services. Called office to complain and they couldn’t have cared less. Will never use them again.

This is a preliminary review! They were recommended by the maker of my A/​C unit that’s on the house that I just purchased. I had called the company that had initially installed and was given the run around. When I finally talked to one of the technicians, he was incredibly rude and kind of an ass.
I finally called the manufacturer and was told MF was the best in my area. I talked to a lovely woman immediately and was told that I was on the list. I figured it would be a couple of weeks. I got the phone call this morning and they were there in under 20 minutes. The technician was polite and let me know what was needed and that the unit was still under warranty. Great service! Highly recommended.
