Walgreens

My mom, sister, niece and I went into the store today, Saturday. It was Saturdate (day they have a few brands on sale which they make «commission for») & the cashier/​beauty advisor (BA) at cosmetics, Cassandra, was the nicest, sweetest and best beauty advisor I’ve ever come across (and I can say this truthfully & thoroughly because I work at Walgreens myself.) Another BA came over, Sena, and put Cassandra on the spot (literally embarrassing her) bc Cassandra gave my mom and I free samples after we spent $ 30 on Aveeno products (one of the Saturdate items). She says, «WHAT ARE YOU DOING CASSANDRA THESE ARE FOR THE EMPLOYEES ONLY!» We spoke to a manager, Sam, about this incident and will be taking this to the District Manager (we have the same DM). Cassandra was blatantly rude and disrespectful and I don’t think anyone, even the employees, should have to put up with that. Thank you again Cassandra.

This walgreens is just like any other nothing really special about this one. I do like however that is is a 24 hour walgreens and that alone makes it very useful especially considering it is right next to planet fitness which is also 24 hours. The significant of that is if you happen to be going to the gym like i did the other day and forget to bring a water you can go over to walgreens and grab one for relatively cheap which is really awesome. Its also awesome because if you need something at some random time of night you know you can come here. you cant get everything at a walgreens but you can get a lot of stuff you need. so keep that in mind if you need stuff at some crazy time. They have a large parking lot which is always a plus, I also believe they have a redbox attached to it although I could be wrong because I was focused on the gym and not really on the walgreens when I went there so if there isn’t I apoligize a head of time. The staff there seemed friendly and more then willing to help if you needed it.

A very nice Walgreens that is clean, well organized and provides friendly service. This location is much more preferable to the one by my workplace.
As with most drug stores you have to be an informed shopper. Many items are priced well and provide saving when they have sales. Other times are overpriced but that is the convenience factor of going to a 24 hour pharmacy to purchase those items.
They maintain a good stock, and from what I saw they keep the store neat and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful during my visit.
I would probably go here more often if it was closer to my home, but I tend to stop just when I’m in the area for other things.
