Great condo complex overall with a great community overall. But you get what you pay for. It’s a sizable sum but nowhere as bad as Dockside. The amenities are great from the pool, the gym and the deck facing the Bridge. There are two primary levels of security before you can even enter the premises of the buildings. With the local police covering the complex late at night, it’s even better. The condos have modern appliances and 9 or 10 foot high ceilings. Overall, if you can buy or rent here, it’s a value in of itself.
