If I could give them a negative score I would. Staff, especially made to order, is awful. So rude.

when my dear young friend jamie j. who i lovingly call the crumb because her mother is the cookie j a famous disc jockey told me that wawa was her favorite restaurant i thought that was very funny indeed. i told that to a few friends and they told me the same. i remembered my friend lenny f. a successful accountant also has always been a wawa enthusiast. he loves their hoagies and can order one of specific size to match his hunger at the moment, they used to have a beef stew that i loved. today i ordered a 10 inch chicken salad hoagie with applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato and onion. there are over 50 different choices to put on your hogie and that is unique to wawa. they always get the order right and that is unique to wawa as well. oh, i got roasted peppers and swiss cheese and got the whole thing toasted. i also ordered a family size meatballs because i love their meatballs. i asked the girl behind the counter who i promised to mention but i forgot to write her name down and so i have forgotten. i did appreciate her good and fast service. i asked for a container of pickles, they taste like deli pickles, i asked for a container of parmesan cheese and for a container of jalapenos. wawa has the best jalapenos and that has been true for years. the jalapenos are spicy so if you don’t like pepper don’t get them but they are not hot enough to make you sweat either. pepper eaters know what i mean. wawa is not a mexican restaurant so i find the taste and spice level perfect. i am no longer surprised that wawa has restaurant quality food. my hoagie weighed 3 pounds. i could only eat half, 3 meatballs and i was stuffed. i don’t eat bread often so when i do i want it to be delicious. i do miss eating sandwiches and hoagies. we have a local pizza place that has amazing pizza and hoagies. we do not know if they are better than wawa. that is saying a lot and they do not have chicken salad, bacon, jalapenos, roasted peppers and so on. wawa is also fast service for good quality food. i have actually taken friends to wawa for lunch who said that they wanted to go to a real restaurant and get better food. yes, they said that until the first bite and went mmmm. yes if you remove the a’s and turn it upside wawa spells mmmmmmm, and that is the operative word in this review, mmmmmm. wawa is perhaps a new class of restaurant unto itsself, there are no tables, but it is a convenience store and there are certainly other restaurants that are carry out only. wawa gives you the most choices for fast, fresh, delicious carry out breakfast, lunch and dinner available and they are conveniently located everywhere, are open 24 hours and sometimes have gas as well. well, if my lunch was not so delicious, served to me quickly, courteously, with the most options imaginable, reasonably priced… i just dont know what else to say i love wawa now too blessings

A solid wawa with a great deli section and everything you need in a 24⁄7 store. This is one of the old school Wawa’s without a gas station and, therefore, I’m not sure how long it’ll still be around before the level it for a gas station one.

Love this Wawa. I’m a big fan of Wawa in general, but lets face it, not all wawa’s are created equal. I’ve been to several Wawas where the sandwiches are made with the same ingredients, but are put together so haphazardly that it’s nearly impossible to eat without getting any on you. The people working the deli counter at this Wawa know their stuff! I consistently get a well packed sandwich with an appropriate amount of mayo/mustard and it never gets all over my car seat. Can’t really ask for more. Keep up the good work.

I have very fond memories of this place. This is a part of my childhood and where I grew up. My friends and I would come here for snacks and treats. Whenever I would come home from college, I would get their coffee — which still holds the #1 spot for me(along with Dunkin Donuts coffee). They have a huge array to choose from — Chocolate Macademia, Hazelnut, French Vanilla, Regular, Decaf, etc, etc. Plus — I love love love their Irish Cream & French Vanilla Creamer. Also, I love the wawa brand iced teas and ice cream. I love their new machines for their ice coffees, fruit smoothies, & milkshakes. I also love their warm stuffed pretzels under the heated lamps — the sweet cream cheese pretzel, jalapeño cheese pretzel, and even the pizza/marinara pretzel. The hoagies are good — I usually get the shortys. Whenever I fly home, I have a ritual which involves Wawa. I get picked up from the airport, and I head straight to this wawa(because it’s the closest to my house and on the way home from the airport — I don’t really discriminate when it comes to locations — although the wawa on south street is not the cleanest of the bunch) There really is NOTHING bad I can say about this place. Wawa is INFINITELY better than any 7 – 11 or convenience store around. I am sad that only PA and NJ know of it.
