Excited!!! But ended up overwhelmed by the salt! Wing Stop is phenomenal from what I remember. The last time I had it before this was 2004 in College station, TX where I absolutely loved the wings there. I was driving by the area and saw Wing Stop so immediately had to stop, and wing it up! I ordered 20 wings, flavors Hawaiian BBQ, garlic Parmesan, and lemon pepper wings PLUS small order of fries. Now I will say the lemon pepper wings and the garlic Parmesan wings were just as good as I remember BUT the Parmesan was dumped on the wings. They could have toned it back a little. I was sitting in a place that I could see directly into their kitchen where my To-Go order was being prepped and the one girl making my wings just kept pouring on the seasoning… That I was thinking«is this the normal amount?» I won’t be getting the BBQ wings there cause I’m not a huge fan… But also the fries were just ridiculously salty to where I couldn’t finish them. I felt awful for not only not able to finish them and throwing them out, but awful from the ones I had with all that salt… Overall… The wings are cooked(fried) to a perfect platform for wings to be seasoned, but I think the seasoning this go-around was extremely excessive!

I did take out. It was ok to me. I have had better. I think the wings were too big. My only hang up was how the fries were packed for take out. Not covered and I didn’t get all the seasoning. They were bland. I may try again at another location.

The fries are great. Get well done with extra seasoning. Decent prices on the fries. The wings are ok. Ayane who works there is awesome!

Absolutely horrible. Normally I give places a second chance, but clearly they don’t deserve even 1. They have given me the wrong wings on multiple occasions. This is the only wing stop location that is close by. On this visit, the cashier did not greet me. In fact, she had her back turned and had me standing there while she finished her personal conversation. There were 4 – 5 workers talking, cussing, and laughing while I waited over a half hour for my order. When I received it, the wings were the wrong type yet again. I requested fresh fries and one worker in the background said«no.» I am appalled that this place hasn’t been shut down from subpar customer service. Better off making wings from home. Unbelievably bad experience and it will be my last.

I came here before they did a few changes to the prices which I wasn’t really happy about. I love the food, especially the mango habanero wings. Ugh amazing, and the seasoned fries are oh so good but you have to pay for dips and prices are just not worth it now. Although I might come back when I make a bit more money.

THEFRIES are THEBEST!!! Parmesan wings are so SALTY. BUT the fries make up for it. I can see myself taking a trip just for the fries.

I had Wing Stop on Cottman Avenue today for the first time and the wings were not good at all! The wings had no flavor. Very bland taste-and they were small. Order chicken parmesan –didn’t know they would throw a big clump of dry Parmesan on the wings which made it worst! Yuck! The mild wings had no flavor and over cooked… maybe I caught an off day. I will not return.

Wings are great! Prices not so much. We normally go on Monday and Tuesday where’s it’s wing night. Pros: tons of different flavors, you can eat in and normally empty, staff is friendly and helpful, clean and wings cooked fresh while you wait Cons: you have to pay for dips(ranch blue cheese etc), no cups for water(sounds cheap but judge your mother) and no thrash cans Still worth the it, my one recommendation is to order ahead of time because it takes awhile to prepare. Enjoy

Me and my hubby were here 2 days ago trying their wings. We found their menu a little on the expensive side for wings. My hubby got the 6 wings combo with 2 flavors and fries. He ordered Teriyaki and BBQ flavored wings. He loved the whole combo and swear he will return for more wings next time. Well, I only want a snack so I ordered the smallest amount of wings possible, which is 8 pieces with 2 flavors. I try the Hawaiian and the Buffalo flavors. The Hawaiian wings are very tangy and the buffalo wings are not spicy enough compare to the domoinos wings. Our bill was $ 17.00 and we waited nearly half an hour in an empty restaurant. I wasn’t satisfied with my snack but my hubby was. I guess I will try WS again to give another try.

This place is awesome. My fandom in wings has never been huge. Of course I shared the occasional wings with friends during Eagles games, split wings as an appetizer with my girlfriend, even ordered wings from local pizza places from time to time. But this is different. I find sometimes ordering wings from places you never know what you’re going to get. Dried, lackluster meatless wings with no originality are usually what I come across, not here. Juicy, meaty wings every single time. I have been here three times since it’s opened and I’ve enjoyed it each time. I like to try different wing sauces each time I go. Also the fries are amazing. Unbelievably good.

I must be upfront, I am a serious fan of this chain. So, there won’t be much in negatives from me. I was just excited to learn that this place was nearby. I use the term nearby loosely, because it’s 10 miles away. Oh yeah, the food. Love the lemon pepper wings. Honestly, there’s several flavor options and all are pretty good, but lemon pepper is something special. One aspect that sets this place apart from other wing places is the great dipping sauce. Without a doubt, the best blue cheese dressing on the planet.

It’s bad when you get bad service. It’s UNACCEPTABLE when the GM calling you back to find out what happened is so out of touch, it makes the experience worse. Philadelphia Wing Stop(The only one here) The general manager called me and we were ATTEMPTING to discuss the messed up order I placed but her phone kept breaking up so many times. Then she proceeds to tell me I can get…10% OFF my next order for my problem. So the $ 35.00 was only 10% messed up? No!!! Then when I refused and told her I was insulted by that offer, she says well I’ll give you on individual combo on us. You have 1WEEKTOPICKITUP! WHODOESTHAT??? So now I truly know why the customer service was lacking because the GM has none! Seriously. When you are trying to correct a problem, you dont A. Attempt to correct PART of a problem. B. Give a time limit on a replacement order and C. Call a customer with a phone with a bad signal!

So there I was 7:40pm in my truck craving wings. I was just crossing the Tacony bridge back to jersey. Suddenly 10 mins later I found myself turning back around to head back to philly. Why? Because there was a wingstop there! They have some awesome wings if you never been. They have different flavors to choose from on a whole scale between mild, hot, and then there is HELLAHOT. Personally, if you are like myself and can’t stand saucy wings and the mess involved with them, they do have some that are light on sauce and some that are dry rub based. I am a sucker for their Garlic Parmesan wings as well as the Louisiana hot wings. DONOT get their Cajun version confused with the Louisiana wings. Big difference. Some say the Cajun is better but I beg to differ on that.

Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced from a wingstop location. I ordered my food and was told that there would be a 15min wait. Multiple customer who had ordered after me at the register received their meals before I did. I noticed that my order had sat in the kitchen when they called my name after 30mins wait from the time I ordered, my order sat cold in the kitchen for over 15mins. Long story short I will never return to this establishment and refuse to recommend it to anyone else.

Came here for the first time last night, from Reading. Totally worth the long drive. Easy to park because it’s in the Northeast. The place wasn’t too busy, so were able to order right away. Ample seating with several large TVs. I got the classic wings combo, half lemon pepper(figured I’d have to give Rick Ross’ favorite a try) and half mild along with the seasoned fries. There is a hotness scale on the menu with the approximately 10 flavors to choose from. I don’t have a preference, but I saw from looking at the online ordering that you can specify all flats or all drumsticks. You can see the food being made through the window along the side area seating. They don’t use heat lamps and everything is cooked to order. So it did take just about 20 minutes to get our food, but it was well worth the wait. They brought our order to the table. Wings tasted amazing, they weren’t huge but I wouldn’t call them small either. They were nice and crispy, not soggy or rubbery. The fries were like nothing I’ve ever had. They weren’t made from sweet potatoes, but they had this slightly sweet flavor. The seasoning is optional, but I would definitely recommend getting it. I don’t usually crave fries or even eat all of them, but I couldn’t get enough of these. And fortunately, they give you a *lot* of them. I’m not a dip person, but there was like four dips to choose from as well. Soda fountain was in the seating area so no worries if you go for the«atomic» flavored wings. The price of the combo with a drink was $ 10, very reasonable imo. Staff was very friendly too, she chatted with us before we left. Felt like a safe area, saw a PPD van slowly cruise past the storefronts in this shopping center and across the street. Wish this place was closer to home but they are about to open a location in Allentown as well. This location has only been open for a month or so. All in all, very good but skip it if you are in a rush or only like jumbo sized wings.
