They practiced bait and switch. Ricki showed me the shiny floor piece of the Brazilian Angico. What was actually installed was a cheaper less shiny less polished hardwood flooring material. That’s bait and switch.

Horrible. My flooring came off after a year and when I called them, they refused to come and take a look even though I showed them a receipt. They said a receipt was not sufficient to prove that they had done this job for me. Stay away from them! I had to hire someone else to fix the crappy job they did.

They have a lot of cheap soild wood with high qulity! And their workers are very professional! Nomatter what you want, they can help you to do it! They did a very good job for my house! If you want to change your floors, you’d better to consider them!

I really like their oak floors! Very beautiful!!! It makes my house brighter and bring more warm feeling! I would like to give them an A on their floors!

Small problem was fixed right away and very fast.

They did such a shit job in my house… I had to stop them and pull them off the job… they are clueless… ricki li will yes you to your face and then not know anything the next day… she will agree to meetings and then not respond to your calls… run away from them… they are cheap and so is their work quality… the absolute worst contractor I have ever hired out… I will do nothing but talk about how bad their poor showing of an effort was… and when asked about different contractors… I will be happy to always prelude my advice with… YOU NEVER WANT TO USE YD FLOORING… even if someone is asking me for a plumber…

YD did a realy great job on installing floors in my home. And I can find a lot kinds of floors on their webs and stores. So I can choose which one is best matchable! I am so lucky to find this great floor company. Make you wise choice to choose YD!

Just bought a new home. YD was scheduled over a month in advanced to do the job on a Tuesday/​Wednesday so that the contractors could work over the weekends.
1. Communication is difficult with the employees there and they do not seem to care about accountability-​meaning they sort of have an «Oh well» attitude when the job is off schedule.
2. The job was supposed to be done by Wednesday. They finally called me Thursday afternoon and said «It won’t be finished until Saturday because it is not dried yet. I had to tell scheduled painters that they couldn’t come when we planned them to-​affecting a lot of people’s schedules including mine.
3. Security-​I went by after work and… the front door was left open, the lights left on, and no one there… Couldnt believe it.
4. Price-​you get what you pay for. I was happy with their quote but now I see why it was so low…
If you are a homeowner-​go somewhere else-​my wife and I are first time homebuyers and consider YD our first mis-​step in dealign with contracters.
