Definitely a fan! I didn’t give 5 stars only because it was my first visit and I’d like to see first if this is a trend. Dr Yenal was thorough and kind. Great guy overall (especially for a doctor!). The RN’s are awesome too. Vanessa (my nurse) was friendly and sweet and made me feel much better when I had my blood taken at the lab! The lab staff are incredible as well! I didn’t even feel the needle go in OR be taken out! Honestly I’ve been to a lot of doctors before and this was probably the best experience I’ve ever had (this was just a yearly check up with a few blood tests). The location is super convenient for me, the wait wasn’t bad but would’ve been better had their computer system not crashed. despite the fact that the computers were down, they were all still so accommodating.
overall, the entire staff was SO friendly and accommodating, and Dr. Yenal Kem himself was extremely attentive and considerate with everything I said and all of my concerns. Good job guys!
