This shop is by far the best in PHILLY!!! I have been going to Yoo’s auto last 15 years and they always treat me nice and in honest way. OJ and everyone I dealt with through the entire claim process kept me well informed throughout the repair. i originally took my car to this place because my friend made my car die because he forgot to turn off the lights and the car was running very rich. the car would shut off if i didnt press the accelerator.
i took the car to yoons and they told me that they work on audis and all that. they took a couple days to give me a call back and told me that the throttle body was bad and that it needed to be replaced for $ 1000. i tell them okay and i ask them to check for other things need like oil because i was going to be leaving out of state. they took one week to install the TB and they did not look over the car at all because they did not even do the oil change i asked them to do.
fast forward one year later. i met a audi mechanic to do my timing belt and he told me that a audi sometimes have to be reprogrammed if it completely looses power. he says he has never seen a throttle body go bad in a a4 in the 10 years he has been working at audi. i basically paid $ 1000 at yoos shop for a $ 100 problem which i could have just done at the dealer. smh
