Zinger Chicken & Pizza

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant. It is currently 11:01pm, I had placed my order over the phone for delivery at 8:34pm. After waiting half an hour they decided to call back and say that they do not deliver to my location. Despite having already paid for my order and telling the person over the phone my address. After speaking briefly they said that they would deliver our food anyway and that it would be 45 minutes. Still no word on our food which will no doubt be ice cold at this point. Oh, and now nobody is answering the phone presumably because they are closed. If they couldn’t fulfill our order I understand fully and would simply ask for a refund. But instead we are waiting 2 and a half hours for food. This is absolutely ridiculous and I highly advise against wasting money with this place. I would have given 0 stars if I could.
