Related to a work order: The people answering the phones are not very helpful and do the minimum possible to get you off the line. Work done was excellent, but took 4X as long and cost 3X the price than the estimates, without notification.

Bought a Fender Strat from them on Reverb. The Guitar was damaged in shipping by UPS. UPS held and returned to them with agreement they would cover and refund to them cost of this guitar. After 3+ weeks I am still out my money and no guitar. They claim that they have to receive money from UPS before they can refund but they also have the guitar as returned to them by UPS. Sorry way to do business. Would never consider buying from them ever again.

A local chain, Dave Phillips has a fine selection of guitars (electric & acoustic) drum sets, ethnic percussion, band instruments, and all the cables, cords & PA stuff you could need. I think I even saw sheet music. Maybe a little short in the synths, (my main instrumental interest these days) but I realize that the Lehigh Valley/​Warren county is more guitar oriented.
Prices are fair, and the service is always quick with no fooling around. I stop in at the Philipsburg Dave Philips store a couple of times per year & they always have what I need (and more!). I have bought midi cables, timbale heads, audio cables, power cords, drum sticks, etc. The sales guys are always nice and helpful. No rock star attitudes-​just nice people-​which is refreshing.
