We placed the order before reading the reviews which was a HUGEMISTAKE. My husband order my valentine’s day flowers from them(2 dozen red roses) and once they were delivered he noticed that there was only 1 dozen and a mixture of random flowers in the bouquet. He immediately called them to question the order only to be dismissed and to be reprimanded that bc he ordered at the last minute and it was valentines day that they ran out of roses thus they took it upon themselves to add random flowers to the arrangement of what they felt were comparable flowers. I called and spoke to the manager Laura who was more than willing to help me. I am waiting on a credit for the error. I’m on the fence about this place, we’ll see if the credit will be processed with out an issue.

Okay. Lived in Phillipsburg when I was a kid and y mom still lives there, but I am in Toronto Canada and send her flowers several times a year and was using Helen’s after a few bad experiences with Phillipsburg Floral Co. But that said, I was getting ready to order flowers for Mother’s Day, but when speaking with my mother was advised«Don’t take this personally but maybe you shouldn’t send me flowers this year.» When I inquired further I found out she had contacted the store after Easter flowers and was told«Maybe your son should order flowers from someone else». In all honesty I am a little shocked by this. That any business would advise a customer to shop elsewhere is unconscionable. I did not realize that business was so great you could pick and choose customers. Very unprofessional.

My mom for many years always used Helen’s so it was only natural for me to use them too… every time I need an arrangement I went to Helen’s. I also had them do both my daughters Sweet 16’s there. Both were formal at a banquet hall so the totals for both were a big amount. During the summer I called them for a funeral arrangement to be sent. I paid what I was told was paid in full. Then I get a bill for 6.50…I forgot about it & the bill kept coming. Honestly after all the business I did with them you think they’d drop it since 6.50 is a measly amount after all I’ve paid them. Well I sent the check in & I will never use Helen’s again! Actually the last time I did I found them rude too. They have no business sense as to how to keep a long term customer. The original owners were really good… the new owners have much to be desired. It’s not the amount but the principal! I would never recommend Helen’s to anyone
