This is a very good Starbucks store! My family and I are extremely happy with their service and the outcome of our drinks etc.

Worst Starbucks ever! Workers are rude! And don’t even make your drink correctly. And when you try to tell them they give you more attitude! I won’t be going to that one for a while

I get less than enthusiastic and quality service on repeat from every employee I have encountered. I realize this demographic is partly to blame but at least pretend that you want to be at your job. The store itself is clean to my eye but the positive ends there. It is Not at all up to the standards of any store I have visited. I have had better results at target in-store locations.

This is a great Starbucks! All of the staff are very friendly and the location is very clean. I am very happy with their mobile order and pay service which I have used a couple of times already. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a great Starbucks drink!

This store is absolutely wonderful, I enjoy the staff and have never had a problem with my drink being made incorrectly. I visit the store several times a day and always get my order in a timely manner. The baristas always greet me kindly and have my drink waiting when I pull up to the window. I appreciate all of the kindness that is shed my way when I visit Starbucks! Even my cute little dog loves this Starbucks and their impeccable cappuccinos. GREATJOB, STARBUCKS!

I am and have been a loyal customer of all Starbucks for at least 13 years. This Starbucks in Phillipsburg is the worst one I have ever been to. I have given it three tries. The first visit I waited at the drive through for ten minutes while the employee socialized with the customer in front of me and nit even an apology when I finally got my drink and also not a thank you. The second time they were also slow and again no apology. This last time the coffee was not made correctly. Starbuck needs to get in there and show them how to run it like the others!
