Great pizza, but not crazy about the racist photo on the back of their take out menu.

Everything was very good! Stopped after hiking at High Falls. I had chipotle burger and my husband had Mac and cheese! Both were very good! Excellent service, ample sizes, fair price. Would stop again if in the area!

Great service and decent food. This place is a neighborhood haunt that is Italian meets sports bar. They serve pizza and pasta as well as other foods like Burgers, fries and wings. They have a few nice beers on tap. During the winter it’s nice to enjoy a Chatham Porter here! This place isn’t a high cost restaurant like some of its neighbors. It’s ambiance is well above a Diner at about the same price point.

Was in the area and stopped here for lunch. You could tell this was a local spot, as families, teenagers, and other members of the community(including police officers) came in for lunch! I was excited to try their food, since it obviously had a good reputation within the town. When I saw their menu I was surprised at the wide variety of specialty pizzas they offered, as well as, their entrees! I finally decided on the pesto chicken pizza. Delicious. Later, I got to try the garlic cheese bread, buffalo wings, and Alfredo pasta(from my friends’ dishes). All wonderful! In addition to the good food, I was pleased with the service. The wait staff was very sociable and attentive, my water glass was never empty! Definitely a great place to check out!

This place is a relatively«easy off, easy back on» to the TSP at Rt. 217AKA Main Street in Philmont and most certainly worth the visit. The pizza is wonderful but the and meals may even be better. Lots of specials in the evenings but the burgers are excellent at any time; large and tasty along with perfect french fries. Gabriel’s has a full bar but mostly draws diners. There is always a parade of «take out» pizza’s as well. EZ parking and very friendly service. A totally pleasant way to dine and enjoy.

Stopped here for lunch on the way up the TSP. Friendly service and a good selection of pizza, salads, wraps and sandwiches. We both had burgers, big portions on Challah rolls. Maybe a little overdone. The fries were super.

One may have worried when Gabriel’s replaced long-standing ‘Lagonia’s Pizzeria,’ pride of Philmont. Its standing within the tight-nit Philmont community made Lagonia’s a popular place in an area not exactly full of great options as well as the go-to spot for any sporting event. Well let me tell you, Gabriel has taken what Lagonia’s started, put his talents to work on it, and made it even better! The young and friendly wait-staff greet you as you enter the door, along with Gabriel himself who you can often find working hard in the kitchen right along with his employees. The menu has only expanded since Gabe took over with the excellent traditions like wing-night(unlimited wings and pizza) being maintained, but with exciting new additions that set Gabe’s apart. New appetizers such as the macaroni cheese sticks and BBQ chicken breadsticks start the meal off right. Gabe’s does a standard slice of pizza very well, but also has a number of other interesting selections. The recent addition of the artisan personal pizza choices really sets them apart. Top all that off with tall-boy blue moons on tap and I call that a meal ladies and gentlemen.
