This club is a joke! Unless you’re wishing to buy more of their inferior services do not expect to get any kind of customer service. I cancelled my membership and they still charged me for an extra month and trying to get a refund for something I shouldn’t have been charged for has been a nightmare. The club owner is apparently the only person who can actually do anything and she’s rarely in or even reachable. The club is VERY small and doesn’t even offer towel service. Take your money elsewhere!
