Unfortunately Jeff at Creative Graphic was not a good choice for my job request. I requested a vinyl-​cut stencil. He did not call to notify me that it was finished and when I picked it up it was not cut accurately like the file I had sent him. His answer was that my file was «screwy.» I know that was not true because I sent the same file to another sign shop and they delivered two perfectly cut stencils for less than Jeff charged.
When I asked him to redo the job or could he do another one for a discount, he said he was too busy for my request. He overcharged me and gave me a terrible vinyl-​cut stencil. If the problem was the file-​type, why didn’t he request that I send a certain file-​type instead of giving me something that was not what I wanted? I could have sent whatever he needed… strange that the other sign shop had no problems.
Jeff said he did not want to do any more jobs for me ever again. I paid this guy, what a jerk. I wanted to support local a business here in Philomath and that is why I chose Jeff’s sign shop, but as a business owner he was very rude to me and did not give me good service or a quality product.

Quality is the best! Great prices I have had many signs made, banners, screen printing, and laser edging on wine bottles. He can do it all and well. Owner does the work and he is great to work with. #CorvSMB
