Sebasco Harbor Resort Golf Course

i have been here before and i just played nine here yesterday. i have to say that the fairways and scenery are gorgeous. however, i have much more cons than pros about this place. starting with their rates. their flat rate for nine (its only 9 holes btw) is $ 40 and a $ 10 cart rate. my brother came along and they charged him the cart rate even though he can’t drive. every golf course I’ve been to, and I’m from maryland, does not charge cart prices for two people– just the driver. they are definitely looking to squeeze every cent out of you. (especially the non-​guests like us) nice staff at the shop. the course itself has two very nice holes to start. nice par 4 with open fairways and the ocean ahead of you. The following par 3 is probably their signature hole with a tee shot over the water. from there, its trees, trees, trees. every hole except the last. my brother and i probably lost close to 20 balls collectively. narrow fairways too. there are also no true par 5s and very short par 4s. we are both beginner golfers and this course suits are abilities in terms of distance but the trees make it hard for a golfer of any skill. all in all, an ok experience at best and the price is not worth it for an executive course. likely will not return.
