99 Cents Only Store

I been going to this store for quiet some time now. The selection is great and there is a lot of items to snag for only $.99 cents. However; it can be frustrating at times due to lack of cashiers. Every time I go in; there is only 2 cashiers but so many stock clerks… WHY?!?
I feel like they need to hire more cashiers (especially on the weekend)
The store is a bit cluttered and un-​organized and the security guard never does his job. He’s always overlooking everything.
But overall great things in store. Love the fact I can get milk for cheap and fruit.

My husband and I were in town visiting my family, and we stopped in to get some snacks and beverages for our stay at a nearby hotel. I was impressed with the selection and variety of items. The store is large, much larger than the dollar stores I’ve been to. I can see why this place is popular and full of shoppers. You can get a lot of stuff and not worry about going over budget. I won’t give this store any more stars than 2, because the bathroom was absolutely DISGUSTING. Yes, the bathroom did have soap, and even a flushable toilet, but the roll of paper towels was held up by string or what looked like shoe laces. The string went through the tube part of the paper towel roll. I should have taken a picture of that feat of engineering. I did take a picture of the overall neglect and unsanitary conditions of the restroom. It was one of those moments where you are half disgusted and half shocked… and the the only thing that you can say at the moment is, «REALLY!!!»

Items selection +++, price +++ (99 cent duh!), customer service —- guess you get what you pay for, shift manager Jennie can use some customer service skills. She kept running the isles picking stuff up and we thought she was going to run us over with the cart, no manners whatsoever. Then when they closed she came over and said ‘We are closed, you need to go check out now’ ughh rude witch or maybe she was just in character for Halloween. We were commenting and the cashier agreed with us and said she was really mean. Hey Jennie, I’m a paying customer, treat me with some respect lady!

This location is very well organized and fully stocked with varies items all under $.99 cents. Customer service at the register was super.

Good selection if items. Lots of items: some u need and some u don’t :)
Neighborhood a bit seedy, but ok in daytime.

I went in for one thing and one thing only. Raisinets. I walked in and went my usual path to the left for the candy isle. This 99cent store put’s it’s food and candy to the left. I also left with directions to the local AMC thanks to the nice cashier.
