After waiting three LONG weeks for my husband and friends to try to fix my Master Cool, including buying 300.00 of parts, I finally gave up and called this company. WIthin 2 hours it was running and I had a VERY reasonable bill of $ 112.00. They first said they didn’t know if they could come out the same day, but just 5 hours later, he called and confirmed he’d be here. Ken, the tech, was very polite and knew his stuff. I’m never going to let my hubby touch this unit again and I totally recommend these people. Don’t use the yellow pages or c/list; go by recommendations. I did, that’s how I found them! THANKS A-1!!!
