Stopped by after an employee at a Cricket kiosk made a huge mess out of my aunts account by opening a new account and giving her a «free» phone after charging her $ 50.(I’m guessing they took advantage of her because she’s older and had no idea what was going on.) After explaining what happened and reviewing the account Karla was very helpful and understanding of our situation. I felt bad because I’m sure she has to clean up other associates mess. She was incredibly patient by explaining what happened to my mom and me as well as my aunt. She was able to join the accounts again and enrolled my mom in auto pay to receive a $ 5 discount. I wish everyone showed as much patience and integrity as Karla did towards us. I’m so thankful for her assistance. Thank you Karla!
