AAA Ajax Pumping Service

I had a great experience with this company. We needed a septic inspection completed for a short sale and they fit us in on our last day of due diligence. The issue was that we had to locate the tank, and once we did that we discovered that it was only about 1’6″ deep but the cap was halfway under a concrete walkway, and the cap was seal with concrete. On top of that, there was a water pipe running right along where an impact hammer would have to be used to break the concrete seal, at an angle. Though the initial suggestion was to reschedule (we did not have time for this), I helped dig to speed the process up but Juan did the lions share of the work. He stayed, it took quite a few hours to even get to the point of inspection and we ultimately got the certification.

We had them pump the tank today. The service man had a terrible attitude such that he spoke down to us and spoke over me. It was disappointing because I would have liked to use them to do additional work being as they had become familiar with the property. Now, I have to search elsewhere.
Onto the next bad incident with AAA Ajax… when I called the office to pay the invoice, (I needed 3 – 4 minutes to go get the card) the office gal told me that I was holding up the driver’s day but yet she couldn’t even tell me how much my bill was.
While this may sound small, it was an overall sentiment of not being able to communicate nicely with the customer. It breaks my heart that this still exists out there! Sorry AAA Ajax, you were an epic fail!

Had an emergency issue last Sunday and because we had them pump our system out a few months ago, we called them first. I left a message, stating it was an emergency and I have yet to receive a call back.
