Absolutely the Best Hair Extensions

Rhonda is a true master at what she does! There’s no one better. She doesn’t meet a stranger and has so many innovative, creative, and fantastic ideas when it comes to enhancing anyone’s hairstyle or creating an entirely different one. She really listens to her clients. If you can get in with her, don’t hesitate, do it now! You won’t regret it. She’s fair, honest, and extremely genuine. I have nothing but wonderful things to say when it comes to this fantastic lady and the work that she does!

I wish I could take stars away. I wouldn’t recommend Rhonda to my worst enemy. I met her back in March, I read all her reviews and was super excited about getting extensions by the so called «absolute best». This was my first time ever getting extensions &‘what a traumatic experience it was. I had got my hair colored by my regular stylist about a week before coming to her for extensions, after paying $ 1,100, I left a very happy, satisfied customer. My hair was so full & it looked awesome. My hair before going to her was about halfway down my back, but it was thin & my sides were broken, hence the extensions. After about 3 months, I went back to get my extensions redone & my hair colored by her for the first time. The first time I went to get my extensions, she said I’d be able to reuse the extensions & that the price wouldn’t be as expensive every time I went back to her because it wouldn’t be new hair every time. But for some reason when I went back, she put in new hair without telling me & I got charged another thousand dollars. She can’t say its because my hair got lighter after, because she could have simply dyed the extensions lighter as well since they were already blonde. This hair is supposed to be euro locks, real hair, why did she not reuse mine if it was only in for three months & on top of that, I didn’t get the hair back. She says I am lying about this, but I’m not. I would never pay 1,000 every three months for something as petty as hair. She assured me I could reuse the hair, had I known she planned on charging me that much, it would’ve been my last visit to her. She also can’t dye hair .I never told her that my hair needed to be bleached 3 times to obtain the blonde I wanted. Contrary to that, I told her that my hair was broken from a bad bleach job where they did it 3 times. She’s blatantly lying in her response to my review. I told her my hair required 2 bleachings in 15 minute intervals but she left me under a blow dryer for 30 minutes without rinsing & reapplying. My hair, normally dark brown, is blonde, but I left her house with three different tones. Blonde, yellow, & some brown in between. She was asking me questions about how my other stylist did my hair & even asked me, the customer, if I thought she should rebleach my hair… How in the world could you ask a customer that has no cosmetology knowledge, about dying their hair. That there should’ve been my warning sign to get out of her chair. After she dyed my hair, I had rows that were broken off right where the extensions were put it, I don’t know if it was because her extensions are metal tubes clamped on twice griping my hair so tight or because of how She bleached my hair. She herself saw the breakage, my hair was probably not even an inch long where it broke. She offered to put In more hair FOR FREE because she felt responsible for the breakage. she said should I decide to stop coming to her for extensions, I could go to my new person but that she could keep putting the hair where she saw the breakage. I had broken rows even with her using the tool she needed to take the extensions out. I never payed less than 1,000 dollars for each visit, I also had 2 huge German Shepherds constantly jumping over me & near me because she insist on having her dogs in her work area, completely unprofessional. Save your time & go to Scottsdale. You’ll be paying the same price for much better quality & faster service. Also Rhonda, my race has nothing to do with your inability to get hair color right, keep that In consideration the next time you want to put that out there. You say you have before & after pictures, well I insist you post them so you can expose yourself & everyone can see how your claims of my hair «being mostly broken except for a few long pieces in the back» are FLASE.

I am a return client of Rhonda’s. I was completely new to hair extensions so now that I have had them in for 2^nd round I can give a full review. I love having the extra hair! I went with the extensions because I have very thin/​fine hair that I am trying to grow out and I was at a point where my hair just didn’t look right. Even when I finally get to my goal hair length I will continue to have extensions put in by her to give me more volume. Rhonda is extremely talented in color matching & placement (even my personal hair stylist complemented on what a wonderful job she did… and that says a lot!).
Extensions take hours to do (may vary but I had 100 done) and like most stylists they have stories and Rhonda will definitely keep things interesting! She was extremely helpful even when I freaked out the day after my first appointment. I totally freaked out because I did not know how to style all of this hair and I wanted her to take them all out… I am grateful that she talked me out of that. One visit to my stylist to «fine tune» the cut was all I needed. It is a great personal booster that I continue the receive complements on my hair. I love having the hair!

Best thing I have ever done! I really feel like getting these extensions has changed my life. I have always felt self conscious about how thin and fine my hair was. I had no idea that I could have hair like a movie star, too.
I have had my new hair for a few weeks now. I am able to style it everyday very easily and when I style it to go out, wow, it looks amazing! Rhonda was the best. She is so knowledgable and so professional. I felt like I had a full beauty consultation while I sat in her chair. Not only is she knowledgable about hair, she is like a beauty guru! I’m so lucky to have found her and would recommend her time and time again!
