Mannnnnn definitely settled my elote munchies. Prepared just like a traditional elote: lime, salt and pepper, mayo, cheese and chile. So good I’ll be back for more. My only gripe was that I wish they also offered roasted corn as this is only boiled, but it’s still good! Price are very very reasonable considering places like Taco Guild charge double what these cost.

This little corn cart is right next door to one of my favorite waterin holes and open every night till 10:30 pm. I believe they set up around 5 PM but be assured they will be out selling corn every night of the week. People stand outside of Café Elote in Sedona for hours just to taste this snack they named their restaurant after. The Elote the sell in Sedona, or roasted corn in a cup tossed in cheese, mayo, margarine, lemon juice, spices etc. is half as spectacular as you will get in this little styro cup down in the hood.
No lines, no fancy Sedona prices, get the real thing right here on 16th St. for a fraction of the price.
