This location closed. The guy argued with me again about repairing the «temple» & tried to extort another$ 130 out of me & i’m still waiting for resolution. The customer service and products are less than satisfactory and very inferior to other similar places. Highly recommend avoiding this place.

Update, owners decided to not renew lease at metro location without telling the doctor (location is now closed). Doctor has family he provides for. Then owners decide not to renew Paradise Valley location at the end of this year (2015). Doctor is not informed by owners but from opticians that he will no longer have a job in December.
Owners fired Doctor because he was forced, by owners actions, to find another job.
Dr. Francois can be found at JCP optical now.
