Words cannot express how much I love this place. I have been going to them for a couple years now and have a variety of things replaced. Always excellent service and my car runs amazing every time. They always make sure to go out of there way to drive me some where if I need it and make sure I am comfortable. I have sent multiple friends there and they have done amazing work and great service.

I give this place 5 Stars for Integrity, Price, Attitude and Hospitality! They aim to please, and I trust them! They re-​did the paint job that ABC Nissan couldn’t match, and they matched it perfectly! If you are so lucky as to have them work on your car, feel blessed because whoever told you about them is your Angel! You will never need another All-​Care Auto

Found myself stranded without warning that this could happen, despite some recent work done somewhere else.
Called Alexander’s and they went above and beyond to get me taken care of. Their customer service in doing so was greatly appreciated and I was able to get my car back same day, despite most repair shops estimating the issue to be resolved in about 4 business days (as it is Thanksgiving weekend).
To top it off the warranty is 2 years or 24,000 miles. They towed my car and picked me up to retrieve it.
I would highly recommend taking your business here. They are professionals that care.

Was having issues with my clutch and had heard about this shop from a friend. They quoted me a more than fair price compared to other shops and had the work done on my clutch in my 350z in no time. I will always take my vehicle to Alexander’s. Oscar is very professional and cares for his customers and understands vehicle problems can be stressful, so he gets the job done as soon as possible.

I was pleasantly surprised when these guys gave me a ride back to my office. Oscar was very responsive and they provide a great service.

This place was great! I looked around and this place stood out the most. Every review I read had nothing but good things to say! And I was very satisfied with my service!
I took my car in to get the alternator replaced. I bought one at autozone. They took me in right away even though they were really busy. When they went to put the alternator on they noticed it was defective and had autozone deliver a new one. Every customer that came in they treated them as if they were friends and knew them for a while. They even provide rides home if the car needed to be there longer. They also had free water and drinks and had Netflix which was great for my 3 year old daughter. I have nothing but good things to say about Alexander’s and the staff.

Had major suspension issues. Guys got right on it quoted me a fair price and had it riding nearly like new. If I have to get other work I will definitely entrust my BMW 318is with Alexander’s.

My girlfriend and I have both taken our vehicles to Alexander’s and have received nothing but exceptional service. The last time my g friend took her truck in for brakes they noticed she had a bad tire, Oscar went to discount and found a used one and charged her nothing for it. Also, threw in free oil change! Great service and fair prices every time!

Great service, Came here they gave me a quote now I’m sitting in the waiting room while their fixing my ride. Small but okay. Free water, magzines and juice, six chairs in the waiting room. With a restroom.

Alexander’s has been my mechanic for about 2 years now. My mom has been taking her cars to them for even longer. I can honestly say that they’re the best mechanic I’ve ever had. I used to take my car to the dealership for service, and it was a complete nightmare– I constantly felt like I was getting taken advantage of. I’ve never felt that way since switching to Alexander’s. They really go above and beyond for their customers. They’ll take my car over to Discount Tire next door while I’m at work for me so I can get new tires and get the service I need on my car AND even pick me up from work (I work reasonably close by) when my car is finished. They also do free oil changes for regular customers. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

I was referred to Alexander’s All Care Automotive Repair for new brakes I needed for my car. Oscar was friendly, efficient and clearly explained the repairs I would need. To help me further understand, he spend time creating a picture reference. I was very happy with the quote Oscar gave for my brakes and felt it was very fair. Furthermore, I was offered a ride home and a return ride if I chose not to wait. I did chose to wait for my repairs and I was offered complementary water or soda. As I waited, I noticed that other customers who entered the repair store, Oscar greeted by first name. This made me confident that Alexander’s had many returning customers. Oscar and all the gentlemen at Alexander’s were respectful & very costumer service oriented. In the future I will have all my car repairs done at Alexander’s All Care Automotive Repair. I went to them 3 times, and they really impressed me with their skill and service. They didn’t charge me for minor labor, and have been honest about the others they did charge.

Yesterday, I took my car to the Discount Tire next door to this garage for tire repair. Turned out I needed two new tires. When they got it up on the rack, they found one frozen bolt and one broken off, each on a different front wheel. They told me that Alexanders (A & J) could fix that for me, and what they had said it would cost. When I walked over there, it was pretty clear I wasn’t happy about all the $$$$ I was ending up spending, but I said it wasn’t their fault. When they were done and I walked over to pick it up, the young man behind the counter said he wasn’t going to charge me, shook my hand, and wished me a nice day. Made me quite a bit happier.

I set an appointment to bring my vehicle to Alexander’s for a wheel alignment and battery change which seemed simple enough.
Upon arrival I spoke with Alexander, he had no idea I had an appointment. I explained to him for the 2^nd time that I needed a wheel alignment and a battery change. He broke down the cost, but never offered to check the battery to see if it just needed a charge.
I walked him out to my car and explained in great detail how my vehicle had a anti-​theft starter and physically showed Alexander how to start the vehicle. He verified he knew how to start the vehicle because he was «a professional».
An hour later I received a phone call from Alexander stating that he could not start my car after installing a new battery. I politely reminded Alexander about the anti-​theft starter, but he said the starter was bad and that would cost only 399.99. I assured him that I didn’t need a starter and I felt like I was being screwed. He got very defensive over the phone and finally told me to come pick up the car that he will not work on it. Alexander then hung up on me. I tried calling him back to ask what the issue was, but he yelled that he was putting my old battery back in the car and to come pick it up, again hung up on me.
I took off work to go and pick up my car which had no work done. When I got to the shop, Alexander didn’t even look or talk to me, threw my keys on the counter and walked away. I went to my car expecting the worst and my car started perfectly, just like it did when I dropped it off. I checked under the hood to see if anything was touched. Low and behold not a single thing had been touched. He didn’t install a new anything. I could still see the grime and dirt on the nuts of the battery.
I assume Alexander did not listen to a word I said about the anti-​theft device and then tried to sell me parts that were not needed. I drove out of there and got the work done at Meineke, minus the battery because they were able to check it and determine it just needed charging.
I will never return to Alexander’s auto. I tried to register a complaint with the BBB but they are not a registered business.
The treatment I received at Alexander’s was the worst service I have ever experienced from a business and very, very far from professional.

I’ve taken both of my vehicles to Alexander’s (now A&J) for at least 5 years. And I’ve always had excellent service and thought the price was fair.
What can you say about a car repair shop? They charge you a fair price, fix the issue, and don’t screw anything else up. Thumbs up.
But there is one thing about these guys that stands out to me.
I was referred to A&J’s by a good friend who, by her own admission, is a merciless consumer. She’s great at knowing where she can get the most for her money and when she finds those places she’s very loyal. Since I’ve been taking vehicles to Alex I’ve also referred a handful of people there. And they’ve all thanked me for the referral and (at least those that still live in Phoenix), still take their cars to A&J’s for service.
