This agency sent out unqualified applicants to my home even though I pay $ 22-​$ 24 per hour for professional nannies for high profile families. One gal they sent me was going on about her mom’s heroin addiction (she was taken away by CPS) during our interview! Another, came in 4 inch heels she told me she would only fly first class while traveling and asked if a bikini is ok while swimming because many husbands have starred before. I know it sounds crazy enough for a sitcom; I immediately wondered did they screen these two? I asked, it was a telephone interview followed by a one time meeting lasting 20−30min.
