I scheduled work to be done on my truck 4 days prior to dropping it off, they had it for a full day, rushed home to get a ride up to their shop at 3:30 and they still didn’t have it done.

Terrible service, impatient and unkind owner/​manager, hard to get decent service — I feel bad for anyone who actually buys an RV from there.
I had my RV there in storage, not only did I eventually realize I was paying more than a play down the road with real security and 24⁄7 access, but my only (accidentally) unlocked storage compartment had stuff stolen from in it their supposedly secure facility. AVOID.
