Apex Automotive and Emissions

I called Dave yesterday and told him that my car needed to pass emissions. I told him the codes that autozone gave me when I had them check. He gave me more in detail on what was wrong with my car and quoted me a price between $ 400-​$ 550 based off of the codes. I went in this morning around 9:30 and left before 10:30 with a car that was able to pass emissions AND i didn’t even have to pay hardly anything.
There’s a sign in Apex that says their goal is to «exceed your expectations» and my goodness, they have exceeded my expectations beyond means!
I’m a 22 year old girl with hardly any knowledge about cars and he still didn’t try to cheat me out of money.
I DEFINITELY WILL be going back, and I’ve already talked to three people about his service.

This place just moved locations, so I’m moving my original review to this page. I’ve done business with the guys at Apex a few more times since then and my positive experience continues. In the past, whenever I’ve had issues with my truck, I’ve been hesitant about taking it in to a shop. Like most people, I am afraid of being taken advantage of and talked down to. I took a chance with this place several months ago and have been very pleased with what I’ve experienced. They have a very personable staff and they do good work at reasonable rates. I’ve already suggested them to many of my friends and family.

Came in to get a second opinion after one autoshop had told me I needed new catalytic converters. after Dave looked at my car he cleaned my o2 sensors and the car is running great with zero engine lights and zero problems. He also fixed the button on the hatch of my car. I could not be happier that he gave me a good rate and repair. He is an honest mechanic which is hard to come by these days. I will definately be back again.

Dave at Apex Automotive is awesome. Professional, compassionate, and is so knowledgeable and thourough I drive my truck with cofidence knowing Apex has checked everything from top to bottom. Their prices are very reasonable and honestlyrics I would pay more to have that level of confidence and trust in my mechanic.
