Artisan is the company Ikea uses for their counters in the Phoenix metro area.
When the representative from Artisan came to measure, he was unprofessional. Additionally, he had an invoice that was $ 1,409 lower than what I paid. When I talked with the representatives from Artisan and Ikea, they both stated I should not have seen that and gave me 2 different excuses.
When communicating with Artisan, they talk with you as if you were a 2 year old. Not impressed!
