The bartenders, Robert and Josh exhibit the highest level of customer service. They engage with the customers and always, always follow up on everyone if they need anything. Most bartenders get caught up in conversations with one or two customers and forget about everyone else in the bar. Robert constantly views the ENTIRE bar for ALL customers. No one runs dry on a beverage or food order. They are very accommodating. The food on the other hand is lacking. I ordered the New York steak medium rare and it was closer to well done. The fries were cold and just eh. The quality of the steak was very low, it was not USDA Select and tasted closer to USDA Standard. I ate it anyway cuz I was hungry since it was $ 24.00. The vegetables it came with were pretty sad too. The carrots looked old and should have been thrown away since they had a white opaque color to it and not orange. I’ve seen white carrots before and these were not them Overall, the service was 5 stars and the quality of the food is 2 stars at best.
