I had my scheduled colonoscopy here. The day before they called and moved my apt. up one hour because someone rescheduled/​cancelled. I checked in at 6:30 am and was done by around 8:45am. Everything went fine, and all the people who work there are nice and professional. You can get to this place on the McDowell bus. Keep in mind — if you have a procedure here where they use anesthesia, you have to arrange to get a ride home. They will call your ride for you while you’re coming out of anesthesia.

Been here 3 times and each time the’re usually an hour late.
Follow up — still here, was scheduled for 11:30AM, it’s going on 1:30PM! My last time here!
Follow up #2 — 2 ½ hours and still here for a 10 min procedure! «Doctor will be here soon» the nurse keeps saying.

My doc used this facility to do a scope procedure. They were polite, professional, got me in and prepped on time, and seemed to enjoy the smiley-​Faces my wife drew on my butt in sharpie:)
The facility was clean and easy to find and the staff was great!
