Back in Action

I started at Back in Action in July due to a recent surgery on my left ankle. I was referred to Back in Action to complete my physical therapy.
The first visit, I met with the head physical therapist to begin my treatment plan. I have been going for physical therapy twice weekly. I have met most of the staff and they have been friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have helped me to get where I am with my rehabilitation of my ankle. They strengthened it and helped me get my range of motion back. Exercises for home have been useful and added to my care plan.
The heat that is first applied when I arrive and the tissue massage is implemented after that, the lotion is rubbed in and massaged. It feels so good and I don’t have any pain from it.
My physical therapy ended today. It was bittersweet and I will miss the staff. I recommend this location for physical therapy.

I have been going to both back in actions for a couple years now and these guys do a great job. And they are very concerned about your health and well-​being and get you feeling better as soon as possible. If you’re looking for a physical therapist these are your guys.
