Barely Used Beds

I have been a customer barely used beds customer about 10 years honest advice and usually a really good selection if you get there before everyone else new and used and they help out people who can’t afford to get beds something that they can take home and sleep on for free thank you Robert for your help anybody reading this don’t believe all the reviews these people are here to help our community

Very disappointed in their service. They tried to reneg on an exchange within their clearly written comfort policy, then charge us MORE for the original purchase after we already paid, and then when we came with our signed receipts to prove the original agreement, they tried to guilt us into paying more for the mattress we bought. The mattress itself ($ 700!) didn’t last for more than 2 years and is now lumpy (FYI, my husband and I are not overweight people).

I’m sharing this because, sadly, the response is reflective of my entire experience with this company.
What are they hoping to accomplish by essentially accusing me of lying and judging me as a negative person? They did not ask any deeper or revealing questions about my experience, they simply emailed me this fairly aggressive message. The purpose of the message appears to be to express anger — nothing more.
In my opinion, this is not the way to repair a relationship with a former client. I did not expect or wish for them to try and make amends, but I certainly never expected a response like this…

Large selection of Factory rejected or returned mattress at great prices. I saved over $ 150 on a full size mattress of similar value. Nice friendly people.
