Employees bickering at the checkout desk made for an uncomfortable visit. Being in the customer service industry, I was surprised at how everyone was talking to each other. It’s one thing in the break room, but in front of customers? C’mon guys…
Bed Bath & Beyond is like a wonderland. Don’t ruin it for the people that can’t take a real vacation.

Love this bed bath and beyond. Immediately on entering we were welcomed by Melissa. We asked about a bird house and was told where we could find it. But had no luck. Melissa went to the back and very energetically reappeared with the bird house. Three cheers to Melissa. courteous quick and awesome

I relied on this place when helping do a interior re-​do in the Valley! I still frequent it often (very) and I’m never disappointed.
Fairly recently, I had a «juicer situation» (The Great Juicer Situation of 2012) ~ anyway, one of the managers — Todd — was so helpful that I can’t but help give five stars. He knew the products extremely well and hooked us up! He — as well as many of the employees — have been there awhile and it’s nice to see familiar faces. Everyone has been very helpful across different product categories.
I’m big (very, very big) on «no hassle returns» and this is the place for that. (Not this location, but Bed Bath Beyond in general, but this location specifically helps you with a smile.) We tried like hell to love the Keurig but could just never brew a strong enough cup! I guess you can’t mess with a French press. They were gracious about accepting the return and didn’t make us feel like moochers or peasants.
The store is open, clean and well-​stocked, easy access off I-​17, just off Carefree Highway. I get to sing Gordon Lightfoot too! Let me slip away… slip away on you…

I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service here. I initially purchased a lot of things here for my new home from Bed Bath & Beyond. They stand beside their name and products. I had issues with my pots and pans set and was able to exchange without a hassle. This company has gained my continuing business. Thank you to the staff this evening, including management that helped me. You are greatly appreciated. :)
