I went to this location with my 13yr old son to purchase a pair of headphones for his Xbox 1. There were plenty of store associates but not one asked if I needed help or information on the selection they have. I did get 4 people positioned around my son and I to watch If we were going to steal something… Literally felt like we were in a prison movie. Never will I purchase an item from this retailer again and best buy was one of my favorite stores to go. God forbid you take any longer then 5 mins to make a decision because your labeled as a possible thief.

What an awful place. Came in to look at appliances, everyone I passed on the way to the back of the store (including a guy who looked like he might be the manager) was on their phone! We waited at the back for a while, then I went to get someone. I asked some guy who said he would call someone to help us. 10 mins passed and we were still standing there. We ended up giving our business to Spencer’s. Do they work on commission? Big mistake. Huge.

The best customer experience ever. Emma helped me two days in a row with outstanding service and patience. I will definitely be back. Thanks Emma!

It was difficult to find a person to help locate an item. I had to follow one person around until he finished helping others. I didn’t interrupt while he was helping others, but I was conspicuous.
The line at the cashier had several people, and the cashier took several minutes with the first person in line. A second line should have been open, since only one was, but they didn’t do that.

They’ll take your money but don’t try to get customer service! Can’t get a hold of anyone on help with a $ 6000 TV! On hold over 37 minutes Before I hung up in frustration! And they wonder why their stores keep closing! Amazon anyone?

I’ve always received stellar service from Best Buy and Geek Squad. My last visit last month was no different. I had to go to Geek Squad to service my computer. From checking for viruses and deleting files I didn’t want on my computer to being locked out of my Outlook email… It wouldn’t let me recover my password from my other email address… Needless to say, Geek Squad was my only hope and Katie Miller was exceptional! She was savvy, sweet and helpful beyond words. She didn’t give up until all problems were resolved. I recommend Katie to anyone with computer issues. Thank you so much! I trust Best Buy and Geek Squad every time!

This store fails in product knowledge, customer service, organization of the store, and a understanding of their stocked merchandise. You’re better off ordering online than having any interaction with this store.

I will never purchase anything from this location. The customer service is horrible! Most of the employees I’ve encountered were really unfriendly., including the manager. They had no patience and just wanted to end the call asap. This one associate told me that there’s no way the receipt of my return done over the phone can be emailed to me while I just received one two days ago for a portion of the return. When I mentioned that, she basically just shut me off and repeated to me that it can not be done. That spoke to me on the phone with attitudes, and the experience was very unpleasant.
I’ve had good experience with the scottsdale store, and I went to this one thinking the experience should be the same. I was wrong and it totally wasted my time. I now have to go somewhere else to make the purchase.

I purchased a lapton online and picked it up in the store. After that time, I opted out of their email marketing campaign. The emails stopped for a few days and started again. I contacted their customer service team and was told that the person personally removed me from the email list. She said it would take 10 days to be removed. Long after 10 days has passed, I continue to receive emails. I contacted customer service again and gave them the dates. All I received in return is a template email stating that it would take up to 10 days. Obviously, no one read the dates in my email or they would realize it was over 10 days. The email ads continue to arrive on a daily basis. I will never shop in a Best Buy again.

I like this best buy. Always helpful and have always had exactly what I need. Love their reward program and their warranties. No complaints from this chick!

Great location right by I-​10 between Phoenix, Tempe, and Ahwatukee. Very easy access and good selections of electronic products.

I will never buy from this store again. Firstly the Samsung Experience People couldn’t help me and couldn’t even get their software up to reboot my tablet. …then when they did they couldn’t figure out why my tablet was stuck on the boot up… horrible people who don’t know a thing about their products and kept my tablet for 2 days. I am in the store now and no person to be found to give me back my tablet… called for the best But Manager and he is nowhere to be found either… WTF…horrible customer service from everyone… never will I buy from Samsung or Best Buy again… hope their happy losing a customer for life.

Found what I needed by browsing around, though there were plenty of employees I could have asked. Maybe because it’s Christmas Eve? Good prices and item was in stock.

Went to this Best Buy with the intention of looking at, and maybe buying a kick ass audio system for Christmas. Not a single person could be found to help me, standing there for over an hour. The store wasn’t even busy. I was in the Magnolia section and the regular audio section. I went to find help, but there was very little to be found. The few kids who were working didn’t even seem to notice I was there, and walked right by me several times. Oh well, I guess this is one reason Best Buy is in trouble. I’m taking my $$$ elsewhere.

To avoid the Black Friday crowds, I placed an order for a TV online. It was set up for delivery a few days later but I called in to schedule an in store pick up. When I arrived at this store, there was some confusion about my pick up. Corey from home theater did some digging and informed me about the mix up. He delivered great customer service and despite not being able to fix the problem immediately, he was helpful on informing me about the status of my TV. He also helped tremendously with our shopping for a dishwasher and purchase of a TV mount that day. Regardless of the mix up with my TV, it was great to have him work with us.

I just want to acknowledge the amazing customer service that I got on September 14^th by one of the mobile sales associates named Scott. When I went in I was just coming from t mobile because that’s the carrier I thought I wanted after that didn’t work I came to best buy and got Scott, I explained that I wasn’t sure what I wanted he then explained all the plans to me. I then chose to stay with verizon and just figure out how to lower my bill but as we were doing this my phone completely stops working we then call many places to figure out that t mobile had taken my phone number and now verizon didn’t even recognize it. So anyways Scott sat with me and called so many places for FIVE HOURS. He never stop trying and did everything he could and eventually we got my phone working and good to go! I just wanted to say thank you again to him! He is so helpful and overall the best customer service I have ever had! I will be sure to try and go back to him anytime I need phone help! :)

If you go into this store, don’t go alone.
If you get lost, fall down and hit your head, or die… they will not find you. You will not be found.
I literally stood in the ipod section for 20 minutes and not one person came to talk to me. I went to the guy who monitors the door and waited for he and another sales guy to finish their conversation, because they apparently did not see me standing 2 feet from them. I asked them to send someone to ipods.
I went back and stood by the ipods for another 10 minutes. (I needed one and I needed one bad). I was in view of the door monitor guy and he never followed up to see who was going to help me.
Eventually, someone showed up handed me what I needed and left.
I checked out and left. If I fell down and hit my head, I would have died there alone.
I’m not even kidding. It’s true.

Don’t buy here!!! They are liars and cheats. I brought in my hp laptop I bought at this store ($ 699.00) to the geek squad because it wouldn’t power up. They said they had to send it to Kentucky for possible repair at a cost of $ 35.00. A week later «Kentucky» called said it was to old to fix (it is 4years old) & I should buy a new one. So I did. I gave the old computer to a friend, he changed the battery & power cord & voila!!! It works fine!!! Really!!! Luckily I hadn’t picked up the new one yet so they reluctantly gave me my money back. Never again will I use this store.

I like this Best Buy better than the one near home because the parking is so much better. The front of the store, as seen from the outside, can look a bit deceiving — it looks like the place is closed. It isn’t, though, so go on in!
The guy at the front greeted me when I walked in. My sister recently got me into The Big Bang Theory and I was on a mission to find Season 2 (found, by the way).
Best Buy stores’ inventory of various items, like CDs, DVDs, and laptops, have continued to decline in recent years due to iTunes, Netflix, hulu, and tablets but they still stock electronics and the other items you typically shop for at Best Buy. I was desperate for the next season of TBBT or I probably would have shopped online. But — if you need Best Buy, I recommend this one over other locations in the Phoenix area. It was and easy in-​and-​out.

Lets just say when a customer walks in, your personal conversation needs to come to an end. Sadly the Reps in the cell phone department didn’t do that, and didn’t offer any assistance until after I said Lets go. When we asked about a specific phone, they had no idea what we were talking about so we had to leave anyway.
No wonder they are going out of business, it’s more of a playtime for the employee’s as apposed to a work place.
