Best Nails

This place don’t even deserve a star. I was brought to this salon by my lovely baby sister, who wanted to treat me to a full set. She was getting a mani pedi. We were told it was a 15 minute wait. She was seated quickly for her pedi but, they had her soaking g for 1 and a half hours. There were only 3 ppl there. Her feet were so pruned up by the time they got to her we were ready to leave. They lady reassured us we were next. So we stood. Then she called me up and I asked for gel over my natural nails along with a spa manicure. They lady then cut my nails and decided to give me a full set instead. I made it clear that I was upset and that was not what I asked for. She said oh I sorry too late, I make look nice for you. And I no charge extra. So my sister convinced me to allow her to do them. They came out horrible. They were lumpy and uneven. They were not properly done and they cracked the same night. We both went back the next day so that they could fix them and they refused. This place was so unprofessional it is insane that they are still afloat. I would not recommend coming here for anything. They charged us $ 130 for a services that weren’t even worth a penny. Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Well this was my first time. I am a male and I got the $ 35.00 package — pedicure with the hot towels, the salt scrub and oil on the legs. I noticed the woman doing my feet was more interested in the movie on the TV than the service she was giving to me. It was like sex with no pleasure. I left frustrated and thinking is that it… Location is in Metro Mall.
Never will return.

My nails came out great and I love how light the atmosphere is there, completely able to relax and enjoy myself. Also. I LOVE MY NAILS!

If I could give a zero I would but that’s not an option. I came in thinking I was going to get my money’s worth, but I surely DID NOT! I’m not exactly sure how much I spent on my set but a couple days after I got them done, the nails started lifting & coming off. They were cut crooked & on a couple of my nails, the way she applied everything made my whole nail look deformed. The stuff she put on to harden my nails was not even, one side would be thicker than the other & there was bubbles in all but 2 of the nails. She was busy talking to other people in the salon & totally cut me out. It was like i was not even there. Overall, bad service. Don’t waste your money here.

I love love love this place!!! I have been getting my nails done since sophomore year in high school. I graduated in 2004. I feel like an expert! Lol! I have been coming here for. Few months and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Even when I was living in Avondale, I would drive all the way down there. They treat me like family and always listen to what I actually want. We have this down to an art. They are always available and the pricing is perfect! I would recommend anyone to come and experience the joys of what can sometimes be a chore: D

Best nails fits the actual experience I have had at this nail shop. Early Sunday morning with limited locations to get your nails done this spot has openings. The gentlemen who did my nails whom I believe may be an owner or related to the owner was very friendly. I choose a spa pedicure which he did very well. This shop has eye brow waxing as well. Daily specials on nails with quick friendly service I advise if your at the mall shopping drop on in for one of their services.
