This had been my physician for nearly 20 years. with the most recent consolidation their service has plummeted. It now takes many days to get an appointment and visits are required for things like refilling a prescription. They couch this in continuity of care context. Which is all fine and good except that it makes any scrip more expensive as it includes both the cost of the meds and the office visits. For an ongoing issue that hasn’t changed this is little more than a way to leverage additional revenue from the ‘customer’.

Very nice people, but I can’t remember the last time I saw my really doctor, I’m always scheduled with a nurse practitioner. Which is cool, it just would be nice to see the doc sometimes.
