Bodywork Central is hard to do business with and communication is poor. I texted this business using a Living social voucher. I tried to schedule on a Saturday and Jason stated he had nothing for two weeks out. I then asked for a Sunday and was told the 3rd of May was available with a certain time. I then called the day before to confirm the appointment and received a voicemail to call another voicemail to confirm. What? That is not my job as a customer. I left a voicemail asking to confirm the appointment and received no return communication. When i called Living Social to file a complaint they were no assistance and used the excuse that this was the merchant’s busy time of year. I’m confused as to what he is in business for. Living Social would not provide a refund and only gave me an email address for this merchant stating that I could still contact them. I don’t think so. Stay far away from this business. BTW since Living Social would not refund my money or work with me I’m no longer a customer of theirs either. The internet link listed is also incorrect for this business.

To be honest, I was completely in shock to see these other reviews. I originally found Jason in winter of 2012 thanks to a «deal find» special. I believe it was one sixty minute session for $ 19.00 — what I loved about his location(which isn’t inside a 24 hour fitness as another Unilocaler stated) is that it is walking distance from my home. Jason has always been easy to book with and responds to my texts immediately. That was actually why I came on Unilocal today to write a review, I texted him this morning after waking up with a stiff neck and he got me in this evening. He made the extra effort to get my business. The session was lovely and the environment is peaceful. Though it is off of a salon, the session room stays pretty quiet and it very relaxing. I have always found Jason to be professional and going the extra mile.

Well I guess I’m one more that Jason ditched. Took time off, drove across town and Jason stood me up at the salon for my massage. After I called and texted him, he did text me 15 minutes later to say: «thought it was next week, too busy to talk.» I had put the appointment date on both my coupon and my calendar while I was on the phone with him, so it was not my problem. Apparently he does not want to honor his online coupons… How is this guy still in business???

This guy is absolutely horrible. I had a hard time getting an appointment set up — I tried for months. When I finally did get an appointment time, he texted me about 15 minutes before my appointment to tell me he was going to have to reschedule. I was already on the way there and had already changed my plans for the day to make that appointment. To make it worse, he stopped returning my text messages as well. He should not be allowed to practice massage and this business should be shut down. I bought a voucher from google and I will be talking to them about this.

I purchased two massages with Jason. He was somewhat rude on the phone but I thought, maybe he was having a bad day. I had the first massage which I would rate 5⁄10. The second appointment, he did not show up. He never returned my texts or telephone calls. Doozy of a Deal was nice and gave me a refund. Jason continues to advertise on numerous deal sites. Do not waste your time.

I purchased a voucher from Amazon Local and had success scheduling an appointment, via email, with Jason at the Camelback location. I had been looking forward to my massage and drove the 25 minutes from my house to meet him. Bodywork Central is located in a Chiropractic Clinic inside 24hour Fitness. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment, checked in with the desk to be told that Jason wasn’t in and that the Clinic is closed on Saturday. I showed the woman my email correspondence with Jason, she offered to help. I called him twice, sent him a text message, the gym called him twice… he did not answer. I continued to wait, giving him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he was in traffic. The woman at the reception told me he had been in earlier to do paperwork and left. I sent him an email stating that I was waiting for him and asking if he was late. He called within minutes saying that he was sick with Strep and that he texted and called to cancel all his appointments that day. News to me because I did not hear from him. He offered to reschedule but at that point I told him I was too irritated to do so and asked if I could schedule with another therapist. He forwarded me his associate’s contact information and offered to schedule an appointment with him. His associate has contacted me to reschedule, and I have, but at this time I do not recommend this place.

I bought a voucher off of Doozy of a Deal. Jason was nearly impossible to get ahold of. He does not answer calls and says to text him. But he doesn’t respond to texts either. I finally was able to schedule an appointment and I called and texted the day of hours before the appointment time to confirm. He did not respond. I went to the appointment and could not get in the building. I called and text to let him know I was outside and I am pretty sure I saw Jason come out of the building, look right at me and get in his car. He then responded via text that I was 30 minutes late and considered a no show. I called Doozy of a Deal to get a refund and he said he had several complaints about the vendor and issued a credit. Do not waste your time here. Not a true professional!
