Braiding You

I definitely would not recommend this braider. I went here for cornrows. After taking a look at the first cornrow, I decided not to have this service completed. The braider cut the cornrow out and put my hair up with an elastic band. I paid for the wash/​deep condition. When I got home to do my hair, I discovered that the braider cut my natural hair when she cut the cornrow. I was devastated & quickly contacted her. I think she was upset that I didn’t like her braiding & in her haste to get me out of her chair she cut my hair. No apology was offered, just excuses. Please avoid going to this braider. Travel to Tempe or Phoenix instead for quality service. Note: Although there is a late policy on the website for customers, the braider was 10 minutes late.
