Brighton Collectibles

I just realized I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Brighton anywhere else but airports. HUH. Mind blown. Or maybe I have too much to think about.
As much as I always pop in to one of these stores (like a magpie, I am attracted to bright and shiny things), I’m always just put off by the employees. They always seem a bit snobby and I just get a weird vibe. This time I just asked a simple question — the woman said, «Just a minute…» and never came back to me.
Just wow.

I have been in this store quite a few times now. I really like Brighton and used to shop there all the time, but the one in Vegas. The one at the McCarren Airport.
They were fantastic they were always offerings a give away with purchase.
Which is something that always seems to get me to buy.
They would also hand out bottled water and mints.
Just little things that meant a lot to their customers.
This one in PHX Sky Harbor, does not do any of that.
They give nothing. Some that work there know about the products they sell, some do not. Some do not realize that this is a higher end store.
IT is no Channel, but it is not Target either.
I am not bashing Target at all since I love them. But, the VIbe in this store is enough of a turn off that I really do not want to shop here any more.
I have been to the one on the Southwest side as well, it is behind Security, this one is on the outside of security.
The one on the Southwest side is friendlier.
Sorry to say but, it is true.

I really Love this store, they have an awesome collection of handbags, and beads and jeweltry. The girl working was way too obvious about watching me for theft. It was very rude, in fact.
