My first visit with Dr. Nelson and his staff was a great experience with excellent, friendly, and professional service and for the very first time I am extremely pleased with a dentist. Dr. Nelson showed professional interest in my dental care needs. Wendy the dental hygienist is great, she provided the best and gentle cleaning I have ever had.

I along with my momma were patients here for a few years. We stopped coming here because all of the employees, from hygienist, front desk, office jockies, to the dentist are slow, and not very nice.
I really wouldn’t care about the slow part, but JC this office is expensive. They try to up sell you on everything. They always wanted me to sit on some cheap massage cushion: but I was so scared about the up charge for it. Lol
The dentist is long in the tooth, too. Come on, even dentists need to retire. I had 2 teeth cleanings canceled, and rescheduled here. Both cleanings were canceled on a Monday.
On the second cancelation I decided to cut ties with this office because Neva was screaming at me, because she said I was unreasonable for not wanting to reschedule a cleaning. This office only has one hygienist and she took forever on the cleanings. She’d hum when cleaning too… Guess I’d hum too if I was a hygienist who had been scraping tartar and calculus at this office for a 100 years.
There are too many dentists in Phoenix to put up with high charges, slow professional staff, and very rude employees.

Dr. Bruce came highly recommended. I live in Chandler and will gladly make the 45 minute drive to see him. I hadn’t been to the dentist in so long and was extremely nervous. From the moment I walked in Paula, who runs the front office, made me feel so comfortable. Krystal was so good at explaining everything she’s doing to prep me for Dr. Bruce. I was in pain for 2 weeks and after leaving Dr. Bruce, I felt a million times better. Wendy cleaned my teeth afterwards. The whole office is so nice and professional. If you’re looking for a dentist go here. You’ll be so glad you did.

VERY professional dental office! Dr. Nelson knows his stuff! The office staff is very courteous and thoughtful, with your best interest at heart! Drove an hour for a good dentist and I’m SO glad I did!
